Had a wonderful stay – the place was spotless, and exactly as described. The host was made everything easy and stress-free!

We went for New Year Celebration with family and we really enjoyed it. The place is in mid of lush green forest, beside river. The plantation add a charm to it. Well managed, open spaces, private villas, full of amenities are some points to highlight. The host and the support staff was very helpful and supportive. Definitely a recommended place for relaxation and enjoyment.

If you are looking for peaceful stay with no city or crowded hustles, I would totally recommend this place. Host is so kind and friendly, felt at home.

We stayed at nivaasana with my family for 3 days, a beautiful cozy home and Rachana was a great hostess, answering all our questions in a timely manner and making sure our travel was comfortable to and from her home. The rooms were very clean with balconies and great views. Also it is located at a walkable distance to many shops in Kalpetta town. We were served freshly prepared delicious meals and it was simply the best! Rachana also recommended and arranged local sightseeing trips for us which was very helpful. We loved our stay here and definitely recommend!!

The place is surrounded by tall trees and greenery all around that it provides full isolation from the outside world. It has 5 spacious rooms and and attic bedroom. The balconies are big and provide ample space for folks who love outdoor seating. It is easily accessible by road . Host Ajith was very courteous and provided us with all help during our stay there. Overall the place is an amazing option for folks looking for a weekend hideout in wayanad

Superb location. Completely private and peaceful. Excellent valley views from the pool. Pool is not temperature controlled. But it was clean and maintained well. Reaching the place is only through their 4x4 jeep. Normal cars cant go there. It is totally off road for 15 mins drive. Cook and caretakers are present in the property. Breakfast is complimentary. But dinner is served on request. The food tasted so good. Fire place, Badminton court, and barbecue available. Reaching the uppatty village was challenging. Google maps showed wrong and dangerous off road routes. So ask locals and reach the village to park your vehicle in the owners place. From there they will take us to the property in jeep. Overall worth for money of we go in groups.

The place is exactly as mentioned in the pictures. The place and the people give you enough space to feel comfortable and explore. We were a group of 13 and we never had to think/ask twice about anything. Everything was taken care of at all times.

This is a private mansion for large group. It’s family frendly place, the host Jiyo who is a ex service man took really good care of us. Nice place , clean, clean pool. I would highly recommend for people with large groups.

A beautiful pristine villa that's stunning and looks just like the pictures. I recommend staying at this place as it is the absolute best in and around Kozhikode/wayanad surroundings. This is a luxurious stay thats well maintained and has a spacious bedroom, the highlight apart from the stay is the pool that is for both adults and kids. The owner has paid great attention in maintaing and keeping the villa safe, the gates are automated (open &close) that can only be operated by the guests/owners to ensure there are no trespasses, the door have digital number locks, even watering the plants/garden is automated which is super cool. Mr Sanesh the caretaker is a gem and creates a personal atmosphere, he makes sure we are absolutely comfortable and provides key details to make our stay safe and enjoyable as possible , he even goes above and beyond his work by taking us to nearby places for our requirement. I must say I'm truly happy and will book this place again in future.

Hosted a batchelors event with my friends in the property. it was an awesome experience.Clean and big pool.Champakka tree with lots champakka.Asif arranged live barbeque at night and breakfast on our request. Top floor for fun games and chit chat.Great property for groups. Was a memorable night. thankyou asif.

The stay is "Gorgeousssssss". Stay is better than the photos. The staff co-ordinated everything and supported with all our queries and instructions were super clear. The on ground staff at the stay were super humble and prepared amazing, fresh, really tasty home made meals for us. Swimming pool was very clean. We had gone as a group of 7 and it was one of the best places for friends time. Will definitely go back there. The property is something out of the world, amidst the tea plantations. We have zero complaints, or suggestions for improvement. The house is absolutely beautiful and full of charm. I have to double emphasize about the food and staff. The place is absolutely amazing but the experience becomes holistic due to the sweet staff and the amazing food that was got served.

This was my second time staying at this property, and it was just as wonderful as my first experience. The view of the lake is absolutely breathtaking, and the whole place has such a peaceful, close-to-nature vibe that makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was great once again — everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, making the stay hassle-free. One small thing to note: there are limited vegetarian options at the nearby restaurants that deliver food. But overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d love to come back again!

Two very pretty little cottages by the river side, with gorgeous views of the river from the balcony and a private access to the river. The cottages had all the amenities one needs including a Jacuzzi and a large screen TV. Sanjeev was very responsive yet respected our privacy. Food was homely and very very yum!

Had a great stay at Sajeev's place. First, the place is beautiful, exactly like the pictures and it gives you a beautiful sense of calm and peace. There aren't too many rooms which is good cause it gives you the getaway you need. Secondly, it's extremely clean and hygienic. The room is very cozy and the bathroom is amazing. it's big enough for someone to do an entire home workout. Coming to Sajeev as a host. AMAZING. He's extremely welcoming, always available when you need any help and is great to talk to. You can even check with him while making your itinerary. It was a great experience. In fact, Sajeev went out of his way to make sure I had authentic Kerala food which wasn't on the menu and the food was truly amazing. Extremely wholesome overall. Definitely recommend it for a quick getaway.
