The apartment consist of a bedroom with double bed, a living area with a built-in floor, which has a double bed. The living area has sofa, caffee table, wardrobe, TV + WIFI and cabinets. The apartment has a bathroom with toilets, kitchen with electric cooker and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, washing machine, kitchen, dining table for 6 people. The apartment is in the center of the Kinsky Garden and 1,7 km from Charles Bridge and Lesser Town Square. The metro is 500m.

Beautiful, fully equipped 3-room house with private garden. The house is design-oriented. It includes a TV, a sofa bed in the living room, which is connected to a kitchenette equipped with built-in electrical appliances (built-in refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) including a hood, a double bed and a wardrobe in each of the 2 bedrooms. From one bedroom and the living room, there is an entrance to the garden with outdoor seating. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

In hot summers and cold days, you will find a pleasant climate supported by recuperation. The house is adjacent to a garden with mature conifers, deciduous shrubs and a lawn. The garden is fenced. There is a dedicated parking space in the yard in front of the house.

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
