This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Casa di Mare is an independent ground floor studio of 30sq.m., part of a two-storey house next to the coastal road of Vrontados, in Chios. It is located in an area with a wonderful view of the sea and the coast of Turkey and just across from the area of Afanis Naftis, which is adorned with an imposing statue at the edge of the beach.

Nice view, 50 meters from Vrontadou beach. It has free parking. It is located on the second floor, it is cool, airy and sunny with a large corner balcony. It has peace and quiet. Next to it there are cafes, taverns, rotisseries, a pharmacy, a bus stop, a gas station and a supermarket.
