Holiday rentals with beach access in Vrbanj

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this place is, the house is stunning and unique in its location and direst access to the sea! I was dubious when I saw all of the positive reviews but this home truly exceeds expectations. It’s beautiful, has great facilities and the beds are SO comfortable and the aircon works really well so it’s always cool. We did struggle to get around without a car but we were recommended a wonderful taxi driver who took us around everywhere! Can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back again soon! We had a wonderful stay at Utopia Zavala. The home is beautiful, and in a great location. We really loved the walking trail along the coast. I would certainly stay again. Ida and her parents were very friendly and helpful, I really have nothing negative to say about our stay, it was great !

Very calm and pleasant stay in a place that felt like home from the moment we walked in. Andreja was very helpful and understanding for letting us check in a bit earlier. The house had everything one might need. On top of that, some little details such as sweets and cold water waiting in the fridge after a long trip made us feel very welcome. We would gladly come back!

Our two families stayed together, the sofa bed in the living room was also comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with a variety of seasonings, making it easy for us to cook some food that our kids love to eat.It is very convenient to go to every place in Hvar by car, suitable for holiday.

Excellent stay in zavala! Dinka was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We loved this little paradise corner of the island, facing the sea with the hot tub on the terrace... In May, nothing open except Dinka's restaurant and her husband ( very good by the way), it suited us perfectly, we loved it, a beautiful authentic place to be able to discover the island.

Had a great stay at Mireja’s place right next to the sea and we had paddle boards with us which we stored in her lovely manicured garden. The actual apartment was spotless and I mean spotless, it had absolutely everything you could need. The bed and bedding was wonderful, a lovely balcony and air con too. Our host was also lovely, so friendly and accommodating. A fantastic stay we will return for sure.

This is a beautiful apartment in a lovely location just a few meters from the harbor which is bustling with bars and cafes. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and good size bathroom. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom has lots of storage. The roof terrace is lovely but is quite small and is shared with the other apartment on the roof. We loved this apartment and would come back.

Beautiful, high spec, stylish apartment set within it's own peaceful oasis of olive trees, plants and flowers. We were met by our hosts who were so gracious and welcoming. They went over and above to make us feel right at home. Comfortable beds, great amenities and a perfect location. We can't wait to visit again!!

Was a great place to stay and the pool was excellent. Really quick walk to the centre for supermarket, bars, cafes and restaurants so we liked the location. The place was clean and had all we needed. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had, we’d stay again.

The place is extremely amazing. The appartement is like 10min with car from center. Note that uber is not working so you need to take a taxi everytime you go to center. The jacuzzi is amazing with a private beach , there is hotel next to it where you can have lunch or dinner and also 15min walk from another place for food, it’s extremely nice if you’d like to have some peace and out of city. I recommend

Lovely Villa, beautiful outdoor space with pool and sun terrace. Lovely access to the sea via Beach with padel board and kayak. Very nice spot.

A wonderful host and a great place to stay!!

A lovely Airbnb stay on a beautiful island ! Host was very helpful and responsive with any queries had. Location was ideal as could walk to the beaches within 2 mins and boat to hvar was only 10 mins.

Vinko made the experience exceptional! One of the best experiences with an AirBnB we’ve had. Thanks so much for everything Vinko!!! He personally escorted us to great restaurants and made special arrangements for wine tastings and a private visit to a wonderful local wine producer. Truly above and beyond!!!

We’ve had the best time at Antonia’s place in Hvar! Clear communication and always there if we need any help or local recommendations. Beautiful, light, clean and large apartment. Great balcony with a view. A free bottle of homemade wine in the fridge was such a nice touch! Antonia went over and above to help us!!! Doing kind gestures that we have never had any host do for us before. We had the best time at this apartment and can’t wait to be back! They pick you up and drop you off when you arrive so no bags carried. Book this apartment and your time in Hvar will be perfect. Everything you can want!

In the beautiful village of Komiza on the island of Vis....this apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and wonderful views..totally recommended for a dream stay

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Fabulous apartment in a great location with an amazing and memorable view. Apartment is comfortable with great amenities. Everything’s well thought out. Great bedding, plenty of towels, hooks, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and a bottle of wine! The espresso machine was fantastic! He met us at the ferry dock and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Perfect stay! Highly recommend! The view from the apartment balcony is the best!

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Marco’s place in Hvar was my absolute favorite stay during our trip to Croatia! His home is beautiful, in a fantastic location, and offers stunning views. Beyond the lovely accommodations, Marco went above and beyond—he introduced me to some amazing skincare products from his local shop. I had developed a skin irritation from too much sun, and the cream he recommended worked wonders. This place is definitely on our return list—I will be back!

Great location, perfect for a short stay! The property is only about a 10 minute walk from the city center, ideal for easy access to restaurants, bars and attractions. The surroundings are lively, but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It really had everything you need for a short stay. Absolutely recommended!
