The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together by families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. It is surrounded by dense forests and at least 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, tranquility, a wooden sauna with a bucket and stunning views over the alder forest.

Time out in the farmhouse with orchard, near the lake

The ideal place for your time out is in a small village on one of the largest nature reserves in Germany. Three sides with unobstructed views and a large orchard let you forget the stress of everyday life. It is not uncommon to watch deer or cranes in their activities. Built in 1912, the brick house is stylishly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. The lake in the village is within walking distance and by car it is only 30 minutes to the beach in Ueckermünde.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

The romantic studio apartment in the country house is located in Menzlin. The quiet village is 2 km from the Peene, the "Amazon of the North." From here you can go hiking, boating, paddling or cycling in the wild nature of the Peeneurstrom Valley and the Viking settlement "Altes Lager Menzlin." The Baltic Sea island of Usedom and the beach are 30 km away. Anklam and Greifswald are the nearest cities and are worth a visit.
