The vacation home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the ice house of the manor. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowboat, a stand-up paddle as well as a table tennis table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing from the jetty or boat is possible. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin as well as Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km away.

Wir vermieten ein kleines, gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment im Erdgeschoss eines Stadthauses am Radweg Berlin-Kopenhagen. Es befindet sich in der Nähe mehrerer Seen mit Badestellen, Bootsverleih, Restaurants, einem Schwimmbad, Wildtierpark, einem historischen Stadtzentrum mit Theater, Kino, Dom, Kirche und Renessainceschloss. Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

The open, light-flooded apartment in the attic is a perfect retreat for your stay in Rostock. The location on the edge of the residential area of Rostock-Kassebohm is also a good starting point to explore the city or surrounding area by bike or public transport. Shopping & bus stop are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The apartment is perfect for those who want to spend just a couple of days or even a few weeks in the city.

Schulzenhof-Woest - Vacation home

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

Our newly renovated apartment with underfloor heating is located on the first floor of a semi-detached house, with a separate apartment entrance. In a quiet suburban location of Bad Doberan, close to the Baltic Sea, this 35 sqm studio apartment invites you to linger. The local attractions can be easily reached both by car and by bicycle. The train is only a 7-minute walk away and takes you to Rostock within 20 minutes.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
