Absolutely great and recommended accommodation! Super clean, everything available, very good location right on the ski bus, great ski cellar and even 2 parking spaces - the apartment leaves nothing to be desired. 1:1 as in the photos. And then super flexible at check-in and very nice personal welcome and even pretzel sticks and a sparkling wine were there - we will definitely come back!

We were late for our scheduled arrival and our host adapted without any problems. We were greeted with courtesy and were able to communicate in English. During the initial visit to the premises, the owner took the time to explain to us how the apartment's equipment works. On site, coffee refills and a base of sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar for cooking and a welcome gift in the refrigerator. Well decorated and very equipped apartment. Premium bedding. We had a quiet stay, the owner was very discreet, no noise in the house. We can only recommend this address where we feel that everything has been thought of in detail to welcome in the best conditions.

Super cozy attic apartment with air conditioning in a quiet location. Matthias welcomed us very warmly despite the late arrival and showed us the apartment. Check-out the next day also went smoothly. We really appreciated the little things like juice, fruit, cookies and a small toy for our children or the air conditioning that had been turned on beforehand and prepared towels.

Thanks for the great stay! The accommodation was clean as described and equipped with everything you needed. The apartment is in a great location quietly located on the creek and equipped with a cozy balcony. Ideal for hiking vacationers of all ages. 😊

The communication with Gerda before and during the stay is fine. Upon arrival, she showed us everything and explained everything. Gerda is very kind and very helpful. She insists not to ask for anything. She responds quickly to our questions and check in between if everything is to your liking. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in impeccable condition. You can feel right at home. The rooms are large and modern. There is a very large garden with stunning mountain views. All in all, highly recommend.

Great house with plenty of space and cozy seating areas. Well-maintained garden with pool, sauna in the basement. Well suited for families and groups of friends. We will come back as a group next year!

Great accommodation with a wonderful view of the mountains!

We had a wonderful stay at Haus Fellner. We were 10 adults and 5 children and the house/division of the rooms was made for us. It is a super nice area with plenty of excursion options in less than 30 minutes. We once had a problem with the hot water, but it was taken care of within a very short time and for the rest of the stay everything worked wonderfully. The furnishings of the house are also great and leave nothing to be desired. Thank you!

The accommodation was the most beautiful of all in Lauterach. Both the apartment and the terrace were designed with a lot of love and very tastefully. The lemon tree, olive tree and fig tree are simply a dream. The tranquility of the surroundings and the bedroom, with a bed that feels like you're sleeping on clouds, provide a restful sleep. The whole apartment is very, very clean. This is also one of the reasons why you feel so comfortable with Doris. Doris herself is a very friendly, dear landlady. How could it be otherwise? I stayed in Gabriela's beautiful apartment to visit my grandmother in the city. Very well maintained, clean and spacious (I have two children). Quiet and equipped with two parking spaces, it is very close to the centre of Hard for a few walks and in 20 minutes you can reach the lake. I'll definitely be back.

We were only staying with Sarah and Florian for one night in transit with our little daughter (so we cannot make any statements about the area). The hostess greeted us very kindly and even helped us unload the car; in advance, we were already offered some useful baby gadgets that made the stay even more pleasant for us. The apartment is really very spacious and extremely well equipped. The view from the skylights is also wonderful. There was a parking space right in front of the house, so the paths are short here too. If we spend a little more time in the area again, we will definitely come back. Thank you!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful apartment in Lochau – a real Bodenseedomizil! :) The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need. Particularly convenient: right next door, there is a spar, and in just 10-15 minutes you will be at Lake Constance or at the train station. A small note: The staircase to the bedroom is quite steep – you should be more careful at night if you have to get into the bathroom quickly. Check-in was super easy, and communication with the host was friendly and straightforward. Overall a clear recommendation!
