The 3-room attic apartment is about 85 square meters. The large/open living-dining room with kitchen is characterized by large windows facing south and giving a direct view of the Sonnenkopf. The apartment has two bedrooms, both with solid wood double beds. The highlights of the apartment are the south balcony, which invites you to barbecue, the open fireplace in the living-dining room and the steam shower in the bathroom. All guests have access to a sauna as well as ski and bicycle storage with ski boot heating.

The village of Gurtis is a popular starting point for mountain hikes, mountain biking and recreational walks through the forests. Signposted cycling network from Lake Constance to Montafon. Excursions to neighbouring Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Lake Constance and Lindau are always an experience. Within 15 km there is a climbing garden, adventure pool and bathing lakes.

The ideal place for adventurous, mobile people who would like to explore Lake Constance and the surrounding mountains from us. In the middle of the 3-country corner, in the beautiful Rheindelta, you can reach Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein in a few minutes by car from here. The Lake Constance cycling trail leads directly past our apartments. You can rent our bikes and cycle comfortably to the lake in 10 minutes and admire the spectacular sunsets at the Pipe Point there.

In the summer months of May to November, the mountain railway ticket is included free of charge with every overnight stay. In winter, the Wildental ski lift is only 200 meters away. In the immediate vicinity of the house, the bus stops. You can use it for free with the guest card.

The two spacious apartments are located in the “Daliebis” parcel on a slight hill and offer a beautiful panoramic view of the upper Rhine Valley with the Three Sisters and the Swiss mountains. The central location of our house is an ideal starting point for the countless leisure activities that our versatile country has to offer.
