Ideal and central starting point in summer for all kinds of leisure activities and in winter also in the surrounding valleys (Montafon, Klostertal, Brandnertal, Walsertal, Faschina, Damüls) for exclusive winter sports. Dazu möchte ich euch einladen und euch ein wohliges Zuhause bieten. Das Chalet liegt in der Dorfmitte. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

A feel-good oasis with a special flair for families and groups with modern comforts. In winter, close to the ski resorts, in spring, summer and autumn, an ideal starting point for hikes.

Right in the middle and yet secluded is our lovingly furnished apartment, bike‘n‘board lodge. Directly at the entrance to Schliefwaldtobel and only 10min walk from the center of Brand. The large balcony, as well as the chill barbecue garden, which is for your sole use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Apartment: This is a "wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built from solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation materials! The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!
