This is a beautiful vacation home with outdoor swimming pool on the private estate "De Kleikamp". The remodeled farm has a thatched roof and is located in the gorgeous country side close to the river the Issel, near the small town of Olst, 20 minutes from the city of Deventer. The lovely house consists of 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, making it ideal for people that have difficulty walking upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a kitchen. There is a barn with a carport for 2 cars, and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. The heated swimming pool has the unique feature of a cover that can be open or closed, so it can be used in any kind of weather. There is a pool house with shower, toilet, outdoor hot shower and changing room. The estate consists of 20 acres of beauty and includes a very large yard, a meadow with a pond and part of a forest with hiking trails. The home can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for entertaining and for families and friends with children. Last summer our parents moved out of this beautiful remodeled farm house. We, the five daughters, love this house and want to keep it in the family. We decided to make it available as a vacation rental so we can enjoy it and share the peace and quite of this unique place with others. This spacious luxury 4-person holiday home (2022) is located in a beautiful quiet place on a cozy family campsite in Teuge, overlooking the wide landscape. (PLEASE NOTE: From 20 September 2025- 1 April 2026 RENTAL FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 PEOPLE.) There is a private parking space at the house and a fantastic nature swimming pool. You can walk beautifully from the campsite. There is a beautiful kitchen and a modern bedroom with bathroom and suite with a large 2-person bathtub and separate spacious shower

Charming paradise on the IJssel

Dit voormalige boerderijtje hebben we uitgebouwd tot een fijn woonhuis. We hebben een grote tuin van 5000 m2 met voor een heerlijke overdekte nis om droog buiten te zitten en aan de achterzijde een hoog terras met uitzicht op weidse tuin en grote zwemvijver. Achter de heg is er een een houtgestookte 'barrel' sauna . Ook is er een boomgaard met peren, pruimen en appels en walnoten...een geheim pad naar een chalet achter in de tuin en overal een prachtig uitzicht over de IJssel.

Chalet with two bedrooms, one with spacious double bed and the other bedroom with a single bed with pull-out bed (bed becomes 180 cm x 200cm), bathroom, spacious living room and barn, in a quiet location at the end of a street Chalet is equipped with central heating so that in winter it is also good to stay in the chalet. Also equipped with ring heating. In summer, cooling can be sought by means of the air conditioning and sunshade.

Spacious rural detached 30s house, near the village and city of Deventer. Large garden privacy, a swimming poo l(from may till 1 oct) , play equipment, directly on the river with canoe (free to use) . Meadows, water, animals, forest, tranquility. The house is suitable for max. 7 people. Downstairs a separate living/bedroom, with additional shower cabin for whom it is difficult to go upstairs.

The Deelgenoot "Het Huisje"

The cottage is a detached building on the property, originally a small barn for cattle. We have converted it into a vacation home with two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and kitchen. The beds are made for you, the towels are ready and coffee and tea are there to enjoy. Both bedrooms are equipped with beds that can be placed as a double bed as well as two single beds.
