Our B&B is located on the top floor of our house on the outskirts of the village of Boskamp in the municipality of Olst. You have your own entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outside in the seat in peace. (Breakfast is provided free of charge by us.)

From here there are many options, such as walking/cycling along the IJssel, a day trip to the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer, sauna Thermen Bussloo, Paleis het Loo in Apeldoorn or to the Veluwe. Enjoy the beautiful, natural surroundings of this romantic accommodation. The luxury safari tent is located in complete privacy in the middle of the meadows with a beautiful view over the meadows. The tent is equipped with a pellet stove, kitchen and luxury shower. The tent is located on the southwest, so you can fully enjoy the sunset. The beautiful lake of Bussloo is 5 minutes away. Here you can swim and do water sports. Also here is the famous Thermen Bussloo and a golf course.

Tucked away in a wild garden is this unique garden house, close to the historic center of Deventer. Sustainably built with recycled materials and tastefully decorated. Ideal for two people, with a sofa bed for a third person. The garden house has its own entrance and there is a lot of privacy. Through the oldest city park in the Netherlands, you cross the IJssel with the ferry and you are in the middle of the lively city center. Or walk around the corner into the floodplains.

Beemte Broekland ligt in een landelijke omgeving tussen Apeldoorn en Deventer. Je houdt van een vintage uitstraling en stille omgeving, zeker 's avonds. De Veluwe en de IJssel zijn goed te bezoeken, maar steden als Zutphen en Zwolle zijn ook goed bereikbaar. Je mag de auto(‘s) bij het woonhuis parkeren. We bieden geen ontbijtservice. Relax completely in an attractive guest house. The well-maintained guest house is located on a spacious enclosed property in the outskirts between Loenen and Klarenbeek. A loyal visitor to our property is the badger that lives in this region. Furthermore, you regularly see squirrels in the garden. The place is quiet and has a lot of privacy. It is not suitable for children under 12 or babies Breakfast can be requested in consultation for 15 euros per person per day.

Spend the night in nature

This tree house is located in the back of the garden on the border of forest and countryside, surrounded by the Salland coulissen landscape. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a large veranda to sit and enjoy the sunset, upstairs is the bedroom. The highlight is the view from the veranda on the first floor between the trees. The area lends itself well to cycling and hiking in nature. Optional: wood-fired hot tub that is warm upon arrival. (60 euros)

You will feel like you are in the middle of nature and yet only fifteen minutes away from Deventer. Our place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers

From the kitchen, from the couch or from the spacious garden you look out over the newly landscaped orchard, over the meadows towards the setting sun. The house is new and fresh and fully equipped. From here, it is beautiful to hike and bike or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.
