Holiday rentals with beach access in Vomero, Naples

I had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment was cozy, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for a relaxing visit. The location was ideal, just a short walk from charming cafés, great restaurants, and everything I needed. I would especially like to thank Giovanna for her kindness, responsiveness, and warm hospitality, she made me feel very welcome and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to return in the future

Very nice house, located in a quiet area of Posillipo, perfect for relaxing away from the chaos of the center. The view is truly spectacular, with a view of the sea that alone is worth the stay. Great location for those seeking peace and beauty. Recommended!

Naples is a bustling and, sometimes, intense city. Francesca’s place was a homely, comfortable and peaceful oasis after soaking up all those sights and sounds! Very well located near Piazza Municipio and the port area, we were able to make our way to and from Napoli Centrale and the airport using the Metro system. Many of the city’s main attractions and districts are equally accessible, often on foot if you want to really immerse yourself. For us, Francesca’s place was the perfect base for exploring the city and taking day trips to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. Francesca greeted us warmly, and was only a text message away with helpful tips and advice for first time visitors. There is a supermarket across the road on Via Medina; and close by, within 15 minutes walk at most, are the many great eateries and shops on Via Toledo and in the Chiaia district. Safe area, clean, walkable. quick walk from train/metro. nightlife just beow the apartment was vibrant and fun. Easy check in and out. He helped us with a taxi reservation for 5am to the airport and dining suggestions were yummy..

As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe staying here. Tiziana was very kind, had a clean home, and was very responsive. Can’t ask for a better host!

Super apartment for the 2 of us. Had everything you needed and a few extra supplies to get you going. Close to nice supermarket and metro to Naples. Great quiet area to stay with easy access to all the sites via the metro.

Great area to stay if you want to explore but don't want to stay right in central Naples!

Perfect accommodation comfortable for 3/4 people and the same as described in the photo, it is located in a very central area in Mergellina, nearby there is everything that can be useful and then it is a stone's throw from the seafront. Maria Silvia was kind and available from the first moment for our every need. And if you have any questions, you've always been quick to give us feedback. If I have to return to the surroundings, I'll definitely book here again.

Very happy with our stay in Portici. It's a very small studio perfect for a few days. It came equipped with everything you need for daily life, EVERYTHING. Maria is a very attentive host, she was very attentive during our stay and recommended and gave us advice on everything we asked for. Portici has many things to see, we recommend you take a tour of the neighborhood.

This place is great, but the real gem is Massimiliano and family. The whole family went out of their way to make everything easier (Naples (even little Bacoli) is not easy), going out of their way to walk us somewhere instead of trying to describe directions. They gave us a personal welcome when we arrived, stopped to talk with us if they saw us in town, spent time getting to know us, and came out to say goodbye when we left. If we had a question, I could text Massimiliano but usually one of his parents were out in town and saw us wandering and helped personally!! SO friendly and vital for a great Bacoli experience. We would have been metaphorically and literally lost without this family and they were so nice about helping! If you want authentic Italian hospitality, this is for you. If you want standard American hotel type accommodations... probably you wouldn't be on Airbnb anyway... but at least note that this one is the whole package and *worth it*!

Wonderful apartment with an amazing view of the bay and Vesuvius. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. The driver picked me up from the airport, which was ordered by Rosa, which is a great and very convenient solution, especially if you arrive in Naples late in the evening. The apartment itself is great, with all the facilities to make your own meals. The cleanliness is at a very high level. and the WiFi works. In short: a great choice for 5 people with amazing service from Rosa. Even during the taxi drivers strike they were able to arrange transport. Thank you very much for an amazing stay, I will definitely come back to you

Great place to stay and explore Napoli. Everything was as described!

Fantastic stay, book it!! The view from the balcony is the best of anywhere I’ve ever stayed, looks even better than the photos. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very clean, and Marina was a perfect host. There is an elevator and a washing machine. 10 minute walk from the metro through the Spanish quarter, tons of restaurants, would absolutely stay again.

Armando was a great host and always responsive. He managed to help us do early check in when asked. Great location for the price! Definitely come again if I come to Naples again.

We had a nice stay with the family. Communication with our host has always been good, cordial and very responsive in case of any problem or question. The apartment is well located by the coast with magnificent views of the sea and the bay of Naples (on the balcony and children's room side) and Vesuvius (on the living room side). The apartment is large, bright, well maintained and fairly well-equipped. The nearby beach is nice. There are shops nearby. The only awkward point was the difficulty in finding parking for our car on weekends evenings (Friday to Sunday). If you come by car, it's probably a good idea to use the parking offered by the host.

Filippo and Simona were absolutely lovely! Their apartment was really large and comfortable. The location was private and secure and within a stone’s throw of the water. We spent two evenings on the harbor watching boats come and go with Mt. Vesuvius as the backdrop! It was remarkable! Thank you to our hosts — they were awesome and so was the apartment!

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The apartment was beautiful, very well-equipped with everything we needed — even drinks and a welcome Prosecco in the fridge. It’s in a great location and the rooftop terrace is stunning. The best part was the warm welcome and amazing communication. Mattia was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with great tips and explanations. We felt truly well taken care of. Highly recommended!

I can only agree with the previous, positive reviews. The apartment is super nice and well located, with two metro stations and bus stops nearby. The best part is that you can walk to Mappatella Beach in just a few minutes. I felt very comfortable in this accommodation because you could clearly feel that Vincenzo puts a lot of effort into it. The apartment isn't a bare hotel room, but is beautifully and practically furnished. Vincenzo is an excellent host, and I highly recommend being his guest. This also applies to his excellent restaurant Cap'alice, where I had the best meal of my stay. Grazie mille per la tua ospitalità, Vincenzo! A tip for women traveling alone: ​​I especially recommend this accommodation. The area is much safer than accommodations in the city center (I had that too, which is why I made the comparison). And it's very nice to know that you have a host who cares about your safety and your comfort.
