Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Volusia County

It was A. Cozy little place with a perfect location. Would definitely stay here if I had the opportunity to again.

The Unit was great and so was the host! Checking in was easy, as long as you get there before 10pm. Parking for one car was always available. Unit located on the 5th floor and close enough to elevator and entrance which made unpacking and forgetting something in the car not a big trek. Location is great at the Oceanwalk. On the beach with pools open till late at night. Pools were heated and beach was nice and clean. The only negative is that the Sun disappears behind the building by 2pm. But you only notice on a chilly day and if you are by the pools. As for the unit itself, it’s very nice. Views from the main balcony were stunning during Sunrise and Moonrise. The HVAC systems worked great and the beds were fine. Our kids had a great time. Host was very responsive. One the first night the water was cold. The next day someone was there and thankfully it was resolved quickly, with no issues for the rest of our stay. Would definitely recommend this place and will stay again.

Beautiful scenery. Close to the springs. And only a 10 minute drive to downtown area which was a great way to spend an evening.

Very nice place, clean and spacious. The decor had lots of creativity and seemed very heart felt. Parking wasn’t the most ideal, but still manageable. I would utilize again! The kitchen was supplied very well, nothing worse when you want to cook and missing standard items, the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for a great place!

This was a great place, that is away from the busy part of Daytona. Very new building with a wonderful shallow pool and plenty of places to lounge by the pool.

I stayed here while going to a festival in Daytona and it was ideal. Super close to the beach, with an outdoor pool for the resort too. Miriam was very helpful and responded quickly to all queries!

This place was incredible. Classy, clean, and modern. The entire condo was wonderful, amenities are really nice, parking was free and easy. We stayed here for a tournament, which was located closer to pier. Could not be happier we were not in the chaos close to the pier (which was loud, dirty, old, and crowded, and was the same price). the place was close enough to get to everything, but far enough that we were comfortable and relaxed. The host was extremely responsive and helpful.

We were three adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space, amenities were great. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It's a nice and quiet area, with one bar/restaurant within walking distance. Everything else was an easy drive. Easy walk to the beach for the sunrise!

Beautiful and spacious 3/2/2 house with lake view in nice neighborhood. We were 3 dads with 3 12 year olds staying there for baseball tournament in Boombah. It was perfect location close to baseball facilities and many restaurants and shopping, etc. Place was very clean and with all the amenities we would possibly need. Paula is a wonderful and very attentive host.. we really enjoyed our weekend stay!!

Mount Dora is lovely and Loida’s house is beautiful. It’s immaculately clean and clutter-free with thought put into all the little details. Highly recommend a stay here and if we get back to the area, we hope to enjoy it again! Thank you for the delightful stay!

We had the most wonderful stay ! It provided the perfect environment for our family to relax and unwind while preparing for my son’s wedding. The space was incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed to feel at home. The hosts were also fantastic — very responsive and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their attention to detail made our stay even more special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and accommodating stay!

This space has the thoughtful touches that make Air BNB's great. I needed a quiet spot to stay for a last minute work trip and had to bring my dog. This spot was perfect, location close to everything, and house nice and quiet with everything that's needed. Amazing. Will stay here again.

As advertised, the house IS historic. There are some areas that could use some updating, but they weren’t big issues. We only had 5 people staying, but the house is big and could definitely accommodate much more. The house is close to downtown which is cute with lots of restaurants and little shops. We were in town for a skydiving competition and this house is just 10 minutes from the drop zone. It’s the perfect crash pad for teams or groups traveling from out of town! The host was very responsive and flexible as we had to add a day weeks after booking. Instructions were very clear, and the hosts take some of the nuances away from you that make checking out easy breezy. Dirty dishes? Just leave them in the sink. Used towels, just leave them in the bathroom. No stripping of the beds needed, no need to take out trash just gather in bags. Would definitely book again if ever coming back to the area!

Incredible vacation, was the exact right spot for my family and I to call “home” for a week. Had amazing amenities for my children as well as us as adults. Such a fun time and comfortable! If I was to give one “wish” was just to have a full length mirror somewhere, but that’s just a personal wish. Even without I still would recommend over and over!

This was a wonderful place to stay to be right in the action for Daytona Beach. The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and the view was gorgeous. The pool and beach access was perfect. This spot is walkable to many nice restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

A well-appointed condo so close to the ocean! We very much enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. Very clean and convenient!

Cj is a very responsive and dedicated host. All went very smoothly from booking to checkout. The unit and furnishings were as pictured in the listing and the view was better than expected. If the weather had been more desirable, I would have spent many more hours on the lanai watching all of the dolphin and boat activity on the intercoastal. The lanai was nicely furnished with a small settee and a high top table for eating. Holiday lights on properties across the water lit up the night. The location was very good. Lots of paved walkways on the property and a more ambitious walk or short drive to Flagler restaurants and historic Canal Street. I was surprised to see that Cj provided a generous supply of soaps and paper products for our use. The king bed was wonderful—firm and comfy with high end bedding—and the property was extremely quiet. I would not hesitate to book again with Cj.

My girlfriend and I loved the place. Extremely pleased and the view was perfect !!! We have nothing bad to say at all over this rental !!! As a matter of fact we will be coming back next year !!!

Our family vacation at the Pelican View condo can be summed up in one word - phenomenal. The condo itself is very spacious, modern & luxurious. The amenities are exceptional - hot tub, heated pool, located on the beach, beach toys, towels and chairs, etc. The owners, John & Carla, thought of everything in preparing their condo for guests and in advising their guests on taking full advantage of all the attractions in the nearby areas. Definitely the #1 place we have ever rented!!!!
