Monthly Rentals in Volunteer Park Reservoir

Sarah was a very responsive, friendly, and flexible host. Allowed a later checkout I requested. Got to meet her and her sweet dog. I would stay again. The place was conveniently located and quiet. I walked to most places I was going, train from the airport, and a car to one event in Lynnwood. The kitchen was well stocked, so I could cook some meals. Plus, a lovely table to eat with my friend at dinner. Beautiful outdoor table on the deck/porch to have coffee. The bedroom was dark enough not to be woken up by the sun even without blackout curtains. The shower got hot quickly and had good water pressure. Couches were comfortable and TV worked fine.

Very pleasant experience. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom and kitchen updated and love the heated tile bathroom floor. Shower was very nice. The couch was lower to the ground and hard for me to get up from. There are steps to get into the home which were a little bit difficult for me since I use a walker and/or a cane, but manageable. Only downside to us staying here for a week was having to move our vehicle from street parking Monday - Friday from 4pm to 6pm. Carla was great in dealing with all our questions and concerns during our stay.

Jane’s place was in a great location close to Main Street of Broadway. The condo was lovely, clean, had all necessary amenities, and included a balcony with a good view for morning meditation. Entering and exiting was easy, and we appreciated the dining recommendations and accommodation with check in. Great stay.

Nola's place was absolutely a gem! Coming to Seattle from out of state I was looking for a place to relax for the weekend before my event. The location was quiet and had an amazing view of Downtown with the Space Needle and Queen Anne across the bay. The hot tub was incredible, I took an evening soak as the sun was setting and it was very relaxing. Nola was very proactive in communications and went out of her way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The amenities of her rental are exactly as described. It truly felt like home away from home. I highly recommend her place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.
