The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Apfelhof Neu Tellin

Our farm is located between the cities of Greifswald (40 km), Neubrandenburg (40 km) and Demmin (20 km) on the northern edge of the Tollense Valley. We are in the process of renovating the house. The 1-room apartment is located in the already renovated part of the house. You can take long walks, bike rides (including the Ice Age Route) and paddle tours (Tollense). There is a swimming facility for swimmers on the Tollense about 500 meters away.

In the middle of the Tollense Valley, a bright, light-flooded, loft-like circus wagon surrounded by meadows and forests awaits you. Ideal for switching off and enjoying the tranquility and vastness of the landscape. Numerous excursion opportunities are nearby, and the Baltic Sea is also not far (about 1 hour).

The historic natural stone house house has been renovated and designed with many loving and artistic details. The apartment has a large kitchen-living room with direct access to the sun terrace. One bedroom with two beds (90:200cm, 160:200cm) and one living/bedroom with one double bed(160:200cm) Behind the house is the large sculpture garden.

Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The vacation home is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our spacious courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Great recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great vacation experience. All around is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: Usedom Island is about 30 minutes by car. Summer, sun and beach :)

The apartment offers free Wi-Fi & is about 85 square meters. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, on request a baby bed can be added. Furthermore, the apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob with oven, fridge, toaster & a coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub/ shower and free toiletries & hair dryer provided. TV is available on living room. Parking is available at the house.
