Guests can enjoy the terrace and garden in fine weather. The courtyard, closed by an electric gate, can park two vehicles. On the ground floor, large living room open to the equipped kitchen, office with sofa bed, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms with 140 beds and shower room with toilet.

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Elle dispose de deux chambres individuelles, d’un espace de vie avec cuisine intégrée & espace bureau (wifi gratuit), ainsi que d’une salle d’eau, de toilettes. L’entrée est autonome, de plain-pied par la rue, et la maison est mitoyenne à notre habitation. Vous pourrez garer jusqu’à deux véhicules dans notre cour de stationnement. L'accès au jardin mitoyen n’est pas disponible.
