Welcome to the Ilmtal We rent our quietly located holiday home on the Ilmtal Cycling Trail. On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful old villa

This is a lovely apartment on top floor under the roof of an old wonderful villa with 3 rooms on 1st floor. The top floor has got its own bath and mini-kitchen. The bed can easily be separated into two proper single beds (1x2 m each). However, the stairs to top floor are quite steep so one needs to be a bit careful when walking up and down to 1st floor. The main kitchen at the basement is to share. You have the beautiful park at your doorstep with the city being in walking distance.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

In 2013, the 3 quietly located apartments and in 2018 a basement apartment in the Rosenhof were opened and can accommodate up to 15 people. Enjoy the sight and scent of our English roses in our garden. The apartments and the holiday home are located in the immediate vicinity of the old town. The Erfurt Cathedral, the Petersberg, the university and the clinic are also within walking distance. The nearest tram stop is less than a 2-minute walk away.

Conradshöh vacation home with sauna

The 90 sqm holiday home offers a living room with open kitchen on two floors, as well as a bedroom with adjoining dressing room and a bathroom. The generously equipped kitchen offers the possibility to completely cater to yourself. The comfortable bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the foldaway bed. As a special highlight, there is a sauna in the vacation home.

Relaxation, tranquility, peace - that's what you'll find with us. Your family is welcome and so are the associated animal members. Are animals important companions to you? For us, animals come first and everything that revolves around dogs is our specialty. If you need care for your dog, you are also welcome to contact us. You are very welcome! PS: The ceiling height on the upper floor is a bit low for people over 1.75 m. ;)

Welcome. Our 150-square-meter vacation home, in Sundhausen, can accommodate a total of 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

In the north of Erfurt in a very quiet garden approx. 15 minutes from the city center, this small and very cozy oasis is located. Excellent transport connection, tram stop 150 meters away and 2 km to the highway. Here you can relax and recover from everyday stress.
