The light-flooded apartment with 2 bedrooms is about 100 m². It can accommodate up to four people on the outskirts of Wesel, Fusternberg. All rooms are tiled, the blinds are electric. One window in each room has insect protection. Walking distance to the train station is about 5 minutes, to the city about 10 minutes, to the cathedral about 20 minutes. Since the apartment is in a cul-de-sac, it is very quiet despite its central location. Please observe the house rules. Not suitable for infants.

Elderberry Room

Our "Holunderstübchen" is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the border of a protected landscape area, but only a short distance from the center of Voerde. We have furnished the small apartment with about 34 square meters in the extension of our house, where the local head teacher used to have a stable and hayloft for self-sufficiency. On the ground floor you will find a modernly furnished eat-in kitchen and in the former hayloft is now the living room and bedroom with many windows and open attic.

The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people.
