Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vodnjan

We spent 5 nights with our two children in this beautiful house. Everything is very high quality, tastefully furnished. Right next to the house there is a bar where locals meet outside in the evening. The downstairs bedroom opens directly to the street - so you feel right in the middle of the action. From here we were able to make wonderful excursions in all directions.

Very nice apartment in the middle of Istria! Ideal for reaching Rovinj, Pula or Opatija in a short time. Beautiful quiet location, perfectly equipped. Emanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and even showed us their wine cellar - including tasting. Lovingly restored stone house with well-kept garden and parking right by the house. Highly recommended!

Helena is one of the friendliest hosts we've ever had. She was always available and more than helpful. She not only provides accommodation but a home for a while. We felt more than comfortable in this fantastic house and had nothing to complain about. The amenities are great, especially the covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue. A travel cot was provided for our baby and there was a first aid basket with breakfast for us. Due to the walled garden, we had a super relaxed time with the dog and without exception everyone had a nice stress-free time. We would come back anytime!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

We were at this beautiful place for a week with our dog at the end of May. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from the bird's eye view of Ivan were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

We have now been to this wonderful accommodation for the second time – and again absolutely delighted! It almost feels like a second home now. Everything was perfect as the first time: the warm communication, the lovingly furnished house, the cleanliness and the small details that make the stay so special. You can just see how much love and care has gone into everything here. This time, too, everything was perfectly prepared – fresh bed linen, fresh towels, a fully equipped kitchen and many nice little things that made us feel at home immediately. The location is quiet, but central, with everything you need in the immediate vicinity. We will definitely come back – and are already looking forward to the next time. It is a very familiar and friendly building and neighborhood, I loved the apartment, well decorated and of great taste, the bed is perfect even more after a long journey. Sergio was very attentive, thank you.

This is one of the top places I’ve ever stayed- the view outside the apt of the Colosseum was amazing. Waking up to that view was a dream! Coffee was stocked, and Samantha even had cookies for us! The beds were comfy, and the apt was just so perfectly decorated. A++++! Great location- there is no better space than this apt in Pula!

Massive massive thank you to Marino who treated us like his own guests, ensured we knew where to go and what to do. Even picked us up from the airport (can't expect him to do this every time but it goes to show his friendliness). Thanks for everything Marino and you made this trip special for us.

Maja is a lovely host, very warm and welcoming! I arrived by bus from Zagreb and she picked me up from the bus stop in Brseč. The village Brseč is very lovely. The studio is cute and feels a bit like a cave, but a very clean and well equipped cave :) I have cooked my own meals and it's great that in Brseč there is also a little supermarket. The view from the terrace is indeed spectacular and it's so nice to spend time there, hearing and seeing the birds, looking at the insects and all the different plants, the beautiful skies and off course the forever blue Adriatic Sea. I look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful outlook towards the amphitheatre. Couldn’t get enough of the view. Also had a view of the port. House larger than pictured. Extremely clean. Host had very clear instructions was very helpful. Could walk into the town. Loads of restaurants. Could catch local buses to many places. Which we did. Really enjoyable stay. Thank you. Absolutely beautiful spot. So close to history, cafes, and the main walking area. Masha was absolutely so helpful, and made our stay perfect. Highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Pula.

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

A nice and clean place, in a good location close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk to the center. The hosts are lovely, accommodating, and welcoming. Recommendation!

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

We were guests of Sara in Pula (Valkane) from 19 to 25 May 2025 and had a wonderful stay! Sara is a warm, open host who speaks fluent Italian and English. We had apartment 1, a very clean, lovingly furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, two air conditioners and a small balcony. Everything was super well maintained, the toilet and the entire apartment sparkling clean. The view of the sea was fantastic! The location is quiet, with a beautiful garden and even fresh fruit – at the same time, everything you need (supermarket, beach, old town) is quickly accessible. Sara explained everything to us in detail and was very helpful throughout the stay. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended!
