V maringotce najdete veškerý komfort včetně tekoucí studené vody, elektřiny, vybavené kuchyňky, wifi s neomezenými daty, ale především zde najdete klid, ticho a soukromí. Thirs floor with elevator (although small one) In August 2019 all windows and entrance door were changed for new, so the noise isolation is much better than previously.
