Apartment LIPENKA is located directly on the shores of Lipno Lake in the village of Černá v Pošumaví. The apartment includes a front garden overlooking the lake. There are plenty of options in the area to spend your free time in close contact with the lake and the nature of the Šumava Protected Landscape Area. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is the unique bike trail no. 33, also called the Šumava Magistrale. Nearby there is the famous Canopy Walk, a bobsleigh track, the Lipno-Kramolín ski resort, an aquapark and a sauna world in Frymburk.

Jacuzzi, welcome wine. The cottage is close to a private beach for the residents. The cottage consists of a kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge. Furthermore, a living room with a double bed, sitting area, fireplace, TV. The next room is a bedroom with 2 beds. There is a toilet and a bathroom - shower. The bathroom has underfloor heating. Elsewhere with air conditioning, in the living room a romantic fireplace to fine-tune the atmosphere. Fireplace, gas grill. Outdoor jacuzzi. It is not possible to hold celebrations and parties.

Cottage by the water

Chalet right by the pond with a large garden for great fun… swimming in the pond, boat rides, relaxation on the pier, garden bowling, croquet, petanque, badminton, net for volleyball, board games. The cottage has a large pergola with a grill, the possibility of grilling right by the water. There is another cottage on the property that serves as a shed. This building is not accessible. Its a beautiful place for rest, swim, walk in nature, listen to birds and charge “your battery”. Ideal for people who love nature. It’s possible to rent a canoe (host) or water pedal, small boat etc in camp nearby. The toilet is dry on the garden. There isn’t a stove yet, so take some warm clothes in case weather is cold! The cottage is fully equipped to cook easy meals.
