Cottage "KLARA" beautiful nature & sauna 20 min from Prague

We offer you a beautiful cottage in complete privacy surrounded by nature. The cottage is located in Malé Kyšice with a large garden, a stream lining the garden and a sauna. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor where there is a spacious double bed. There is also a living room and a dining room. One person can sleep on the leather sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a large fridge with a freezer. On the upper floor, there is a second bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

The house is ideally oriented and furnished according to Feng Shui. You can relax in the garden of the historic farmhouse from the 18th century. The house is located in an exceptional historic location, surrounded by greenery. Good access to the center (25min), to the airport (10min) Prague Castle. Shop and restaurant is in walking distance. I am happy to help you with everything and provide you with local information - I also live on the farm.

Chalet Blatnice

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.

Dům je perfektně vybavený, poskytne Vám tak maximální komfort a pohodlí. Sauna za příplatek 150 Kč/h.
