Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. Dit sfeervolle tweekamerappartement beschikt over een woonkamer met gezellige zithoek en eettafel, een aparte slaapkamer en een keuken met alles voor een comfortabel verblijf. Enjoy our luxury apartment in Vlissingen (Flushing). The apartment is clean, light and equipped with all modern amenities. With a private driveway in front of your door, you will always be assured of a parking space. Two bicycles are available for your convenience at no extra cost. There’s also the option to store your own bicycle in a locked bicycle shed (with a charging facility for e-bikes). After a day on the beach you may enjoy the last sun rays in a fenced-in front yard.

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Tiny House/Studio by the Sea

Ons Tiny House/Studio is speciaal ontworpen om tot rust te komen. Het mat gelakte hout en de sobere omgeving stralen kalmte uit. De ruimte is modern industrieel ingericht zonder al te veel afleidende elementen. Vanuit de ramen zie je de duinen en kan je ’s avonds de zon zien onder gaan. Door het raam aan de andere kant van de ruimte schijnt de ochtendzon je tegemoet. Je slaapt in dit Tiny House/studio op nog geen 500 meter van duinen, strand en zee.

Between Middelburg and Vlissingen is our newly built detached guest house, Studio Abeele. The location has a kitchen with bar table and sitting area, sanitary room with shower and a spacious sleeping loft. There is underfloor heating and floor cooling in the summer. You have access to a sunny terrace and lawn. Parking is available on the premises or for free in the street.

The apartment is located on the Boulevard de Ruijter, near the statue of Michiel de Ruijter and the Arsenal and a beautiful view of the Westerschelde. The beach is just a few hundred meters away. The city-center with all (nightlife) facilities is at the backside. Public transport is within walking distance. The apartment is suitable for couples and business travelers.
