Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair provided, this costs €10 per stay. (pay loose on arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2p.m. Check out before 10:00. Parking is free in the driveway with us. So no parking fee! Our price includes tourist tax. Fully renovated luxury guest suite with breakfast

In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. A new and nice luxury apartment in the center of Middelburg. Comfortable bed and bathroom, high finish level and style. The apartment is very well insulated and wonderfully cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. Private terrace with large table and nice morning sun. Everything is around the corner... breakfast, bakery, supermarket, shops, restaurants and all the old buildings. Parking of car or motorcycle in private courtyard. The sea is only 6 km from our beautiful center. In short, enjoy!

There’s also the option to store your own bicycle in a locked bicycle shed (with a charging facility for e-bikes). After a day on the beach you may enjoy the last sun rays in a fenced-in front yard.

Modernly furnished studio with a comfortable King size Boxspring and a Sunny private terrace. Beach, forest, park, shops (Lidl, bakery etc.) and Boulevard at walking distance. We only rent one room. So there are no other guests. Large SmartTV with Netflix, fast Wifi. Roller shutter and screens. Kitchen: dishwasher, 4 burner hob (2021), extractor hood, combi oven (2021), kettle, 2 x coffee maker, toaster, crockery. The completely new bathroom has a toilet and rain shower.

Luxuriously furnished studio with parking, 5 minutes walk to the boulevard, Nollenbos, beach and restaurants. The studio is very well insulated, has floor heating and floor cooling on exceptionally hot days. A wonderfully quiet environment to relax, cycle, hike or just read a nice book. Our lovely B&B can be found 300m from the boulevard. Directly on the boulevard, you will find the only south-facing beach in the Netherlands, beaches where ships pass very close by! The B&B on the ground floor has 1 bedroom (electrically adjustable bed), toilet, shower, bathroom furniture, kitchen with refrigerator, a TV with cable channels. And a private garden with cozy seating area (evening sun).
