The Reed Bed

Market gardener's house on the edge of the Sèvre Niortaise on a private towpath with no traffic. It is located 800 m from the Bazoin locks pier, where you can rent a boat, canoe, but also a bike and quadracycle... Great area for fishing and beautiful walks in the heart of the Poitevin marsh. In the village of Damvix, you will find a convenience store with lottery, tobacco and newspapers, a bakery, a butcher, delicatessen and caterer, hairdresser, pharmacy, garage, restaurants, piers... etc.

nous vous accueillons dans cette demeure 3* en pierre de 130m² aux portes du Marais Poitevin et de La Rochelle. Elle comporte un rez de chaussé avec cuisine équipée ouverte sur le séjour, un WC, une salle de bain. A l'étage , vous trouverez un espace salon, 2 chambres de plus de 10m² chacune dont une avec un point d'eau, un WC. Une suite parentale. le logement dispose d'un stationnement gratuit à proximité. Il n'y a pas d'exterieur.

Entièrement rénové en 2023, notre cottage est situé dans le prolongement de notre résidence principale en Plain pied, vous apprécierez ses volumes avec sa grande chambre, sa Pièce de vie avec plafond cathédrale équipée d'un poêle à bois et la cuisine contemporaine ainsi que l'accès direct à l'extérieur pour déjeuner en terrasse et apprécier le chant des oiseaux. De plus vous pourrez accéder à pieds à tous les commerces du village.
