This 70 m² cottage, with a very pleasant garden, is next to the owners' house. It is located 10 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the historic centre of Saumur. You can visit the castle, the Armoured Museum, the Cadre Noir of Saumur, the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, ride a vintage bike, explore the Loire wine cellars, and more. Bed and house linen is not provided.

On the 2nd floor, two small bedrooms in a row and a small shower room. The whole is adjacent to our property.
