Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), 400 m away. An ancient village on Prealpi Trevigiane, between Piave and Malghe, founded XVI-XVII sec by Istrian charcoal attracted by waters and timber. At the centre of many possibilities: 10 minutes from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills UNESCO heritage, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically immersed in greenery, relaxing, to find yourself among nature, beauty, food and wine, excursions.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. Prestigious apartment with balcony overlooking the canal a few minutes from Piazza San Marco but in a quiet area. One week before arrival, the ID of only one guest, the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the entire group, for the entire stay) and the tourist tax will be requested. Your data is only shared with the Police and the Municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. I have a place where you can leave your luggage.
