Holiday rentals with a patio in Vitória

Host Priscila got unusual attention. We were tired of the trip and she promptly helped us by renting the property last minute for 2 days to rent another one calmly. As for the region would not have, I was born in Vila Velha, I know the region well. The property is well located, has the accommodations that cater to anyone, a cute one is spacious.

Claudia's apartment is excellent, good location near the beach, you can walk there easily, lots of shops nearby, supermarkets, etc., quiet street, little noise, very quiet building. Great bed, wardrobe in the bedroom, good and clean bathroom, excellent shower, very clean kitchen with all the necessary and good utensils, good refrigerator, Internet, TV all working very well. Excellent deal to stay in this apartment. Cláudia is very helpful, responds quickly and made our check-in flexible since we arrived early and the apartment was unoccupied. We did not have any problems with the stay. Cláudia Sinda leaves garbage bags available for exchange (which is not usually the case) and also some cleaning products and floor cloths that are sometimes needed to dry water that falls on the floor or something else, I thought that was very good. I highly recommend Claudia's apartment without fear of making a mistake. I will stay other times for sure.

Our stay was wonderful and this is due to the attention and sympathy with which we were received by Kleber... it always quickly responded to our questions and needs. The apartment is even better than in the photos, beautiful, well located, well decorated, extremely clean, bed linen and smelling towels.... for sure it was our best choice! We want to go back!

We loved the stay, we found everything clean, organized, well-equipped kitchen, internet ok, air conditioning ok too. Mr. Moadir, wife, son, very polite, super quiet and safe place. Anyway, we highly recommend staying there. The difference we noticed was the bed linen, super clean towels, they even offer personal hygiene items which helps us a lot, just worry about going and enjoying. And very close to the beautiful beaches of Vila Velha, the place I love to travel to the most!! Just go without fear and enjoy!

Location is great as well as the apartment itself. The Itaparica beach, in turn, is excellent, having great kiosks (I recommend Marimar) and privileged location, being 20 minutes from the shopping center of Vitória. For those who are in doubt, the apartment is on the beach block, less than 5 minutes from the sand. We had a small mishap with hydro, but Daniel was very requested when looking for a solution to the unforeseen event. In addition to this, the host has indicated great places to go. I recommend your stay at the property!!

The house is excellent, very well-equipped, new and well-maintained furniture, extremely clean and leftover bedding, kitchen all equipped with utensils and appliances. The house is very close to the beach, supermarket, bakery and playgrounds for children. The hosts are very polite and helpful, I would definitely rent the house again.

Excellent location with everything close by, sensational armchairs, impeccable cleaning, large rooms, comfortable beds, impeccable bedding and towels, great pillows, kitchen with several utensils , the whim of leaving soap, detergent, toilet paper and all these for minors make your stay a differential

We were in a group of 13 adults and 2 children and we simply loved the house, every description matches the house and its accommodations. The house was perfect for our stay, we intend to return soon. The hosts are attentive and kind, our group loved staying for 6 days in this accommodation that is a true paradise.

Casa was located for two employees of the company, they liked the house very much, cleaned exactly as it was announced, met expectations with great cost-benefit! Always quick and efficient host in response and everything was properly hired. The location was a great strength because the collaborators went to a work and it was very close! Thank you!

Eriketa was super attentive! The house is beautiful! Enorme, a connection to surreal nature! The wonderful view, I missed absolutely nothing! The macaque, the monkeys, a cute one! I thought it would be difficult to ask for a car by app but quiet suuuuuuper, it was very worth it!! Voltaria for sure!!

Great stay, no problems with the location, check-in and check-out logistics!! The house is even better and more spacious than shown in the pictures, it was even better than we imagined! It was a very pleasant stay, with a lot of quality and space! Comfortable and cozy environment!

Elisangela was a very kind and attentive host, the beautiful, huge and very comfortable house. We took everything because we didn't know the house and didn't even need it because it left all the bedding, and even towel, all very clean, the house was super complete and comfortable. The house is wonderful with everything we didn't even imagine having due to the experience of other places. Super quiet location, even surprised me, close to the beach, several shops nearby, leisure places, parking with clean space and materials for use in the kitchen, the essentials, especially since I had an army of five, everything was as advertised. Veronica's apartment is exactly like the pictures. All very clean and organized. The location is excellent, with many nearby shops, in addition to being about 100m from the beachfront. The suite and the living room has a direct view of the sea, which makes the site even more elegant. Verônica was also super solicitous throughout the accommodation, sending several tips also from the city and the gastronomy. It's well worth it! Thank you Veronica. If we return one day to Vila Velha, our first option will be your apartment!

The only bad thing was the time to say goodbye. Three days go by too quickly, apartment exactly as advertised, Lorraine very attentive to me and Graciete, a wonderful person.

The apartment is perfect: great collon , clean bed clothes and excellent air-conditioning. Equipped box. Location : You can go to the beach,bakery ,supermarket without using a car. For those with a child, it is also interesting because it is close to Praia da Sereia . The hospitality and sympathy of Nathalia and her father , Mr.Ricardi ,only complete the perfect setting! I miss you already!
