10/10 I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Vila Velha, an impeccably clean, well-decorated apartment, modern, beautiful view, there is a little market inside the building if you don't want to go to the market… worth every penny. Great apartment, with all the necessary utensils for the stay. The place was clean and organized, it has a beautiful view of the beach, super comfortable and cozy. It has a great location, with a bakery, market, pharmacy nearby. The mall is also close, I was able to walk. The apartment surpassed the photos! I would definitely come back.

I loved Carla, very polite and always answered, when I arrived at the apartment I was delighted with the view and everything was impeccable, it exceeded my expectations, I will return more often.

Apartment with great location. You can get a lot done without needing a car. The view is very beautiful. The place was very tidy and clean. Very smelling and clean bedding. Very attentive host with great communication. We really liked it!

The apartment is beautiful, super spacious. A breathtaking side view of the beach. The host was super polite and helpful, and responded super fast. I loved the trip, I will definitely come back more often!!!

Excellent place to stay, on the corner of the beach, close to places to eat, in addition Rosangela was a great host, facilitated check-in and gave clear instructions!

The apartment matches the photos. It is facing the beach and cozy. Renata as a host is wonderful (proactive, always respond fast and local tips in the region). It's worth it.

We had a wonderful couple of nights at Tereza’s beautiful home - spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We would truly recommend to others staying in Vitória! She was very patient with a group of non-Portuguese speaking folks 😊

We were in a group of 13 adults and 2 children and we simply loved the house, every description matches the house and its accommodations. The house was perfect for our stay, we intend to return soon. The hosts are attentive and kind, our group loved staying for 6 days in this accommodation that is a true paradise.

We had a wonderful carnival between friends, family and children. The house is great: spacious, airy, well-equipped, comfortable. Delicious leisure area. Gilceia is very hospitable and was super flexible during check-in and check-out times. The beach in front of the house has an amazing view, the sea is brave but it is great for walking.

Our stay at Marcia's place was simply wonderful! From the beginning, she was an exceptional host — super attentive, kind and always willing to respond to our messages quickly. We received several indications of places to visit, which made all the difference in our experience. The house is beautiful, airy, very well equipped and cared for with care. We had complete peace of mind at check-in and check-out, all very organized. Also, both Marcia and her husband welcomed us with contagious sympathy. It was an amazing experience and we certainly want to go back. We recommend with eyes closed!

Eriketa was super attentive! The house is beautiful! Enorme, a connection to surreal nature! The wonderful view, I missed absolutely nothing! The macaque, the monkeys, a cute one! I thought it would be difficult to ask for a car by app but quiet suuuuuuper, it was very worth it!! Voltaria for sure!!

look , the place is beautiful, Mary's house is very beautiful too , spacious ,cozy,clean , in each corner you feel a little of her family's experience in place, I loved the decoration, the photos, the furniture ... Mary always very attentive , requests , and understanding , is a wonderful place to rest , listening to the sea in the silence of the night was an amazing experience, I and my family recommend for sure ❤️

Cida is kindness personified. The place, which I already knew from having gone to a party, is exactly as described. I arranged with her to have my birthday party (an arraiá) and it was perfect! The house has a covered area (with a game room) that was perfect, even for a rainy day, to enjoy the space and the party. The place is gorgeous! We just need to get there and start getting things ready for the party. We rented a whole weekend and Cida was very kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times. In addition, the house is in a very quiet place. Having breakfast in this backyard to the sound of birds and the rest of nature is a gift! On the day of the party, it rained. But the next day, the day of the house delivery, I was able to contemplate this delicious moment in this beautiful and cozy backyard. A peace, a rest for the soul. Finally, an excellent space to combine the useful with the pleasant (rest and events, for example). I intend to repeat!

The stay was wonderful, the host Juliana is super friendly and gave us several nice tips. The apartment is well located and we were able to do many things on foot. Everything was super tidy and just like the photos! I recommend and intend to return :)

Sr Marcos has a great space! Comfortable Mto, close to everything. Attentive Mto providing support for questions and great indications of places!! Clean place with a great bed and cotton sheets 🙏🏼 The only detail that is not even a bad thing but in my view it bothered me a little, it was the protection screen that hinders the view and prevents from appreciating such a blz... Super I indicate the space.

Everything was as described , the beach was a few metres away , all the local amenities were with a few blocks and very easy to walk too . Apartment was super comfortable, and any questions were answered with minutes .. highly recommended

I booked Ana Paula's place for the weekend as I was visiting Vila Velha for a wedding. The apartment is beautiful and spotless, just like the photos. I loved waking up in the morning and seeing the beach. There were also restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby so very convenient. Communication and instructions prior to arrival were also great. I would highly recommend Ana Paula's place and would stay again if I return to Vila Velha.
