Family-friendly holiday rentals in Vitória

We had a wonderful couple of nights at Tereza’s beautiful home - spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We would truly recommend to others staying in Vitória! She was very patient with a group of non-Portuguese speaking folks 😊

Going to Vila Velha is always an enjoyable experience. Staying at Alexandre's apartment made those days even more pleasant. Great apartment, with a stunning view, having around you excellent restaurants, coffee makers, ice cream shops. Alexandre was requested in everything I needed. Apt matches what's listed on the posting. I hope to come back more often and highly recommend.

The apartment is very comfortable, so we felt at home. The building is quiet, has polite and helpful staff and the location is fantastic! It was a very pleasant time with the family. Alexandre was proactive and gave all the instructions to make sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.

Promptness, attention and a cozy atmosphere.

Casa with several positives, mainly the location, nearby trades, has an elevator and many mattresses and beds. It has a very good refrigerator, cooler, laundry, a small tank, an old and cute stove, wooden dining table. Of improvement I cite the amount of items such as dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, towels and several others that leave the environment "full" and sometimes makes it difficult for you to access something without bumping into another. The house is old, facing a woody air which makes the environment "heavier" while closed, in the sense of a stronger smell of antiquity : ) . It has an air-conditioning in the suite and has a ceiling fan in the 03 bedrooms. It needs a little more rigorous cleaning, especially on top of the lockers. It was a good experience and the host always requests to respond and help mainly with check-in and check-out.

Excellent apartment, great ventilation and everything very clean, from the house to the bed linen. The location is great, bakery, bars, kiosks, pharmacies and supermits all in a maximum of 3 blocks. Just cross the avenue and you'll already be at a beachfront kiosk. It was worth it and when I return to Vila Velha I will stay there again.

The stay was wonderful. The host returns quickly and always helpful. The building is of great location, close to the mall, restaurants, and quick access by car to Vila Velha, historic center of Vitória, waterway, tamar project and humpback whale, beaches, as well as other important sites in the region. The concierge service is very good and the gym of the building is very complete, good for those who do not want to stop doing their routine physical activity (the region also offers a possibility for cyclists). The apartment is amazing: well organized and decorated, accommodates 4 people in a comfortable way, full kitchen, laundry room, has two bathrooms, spacious room overlooking the third bridge. Bed linen and towels are available. Rooms and living rooms have air conditioning, to be used sparingly or at will if prior agreement with the host. Coming back for a new stay for sure! My family and I had a great stay at Gloria's apartment. It had the necessary amenities and I found the space more spacious in person than in the photos. The location is great, the building faces the sea. My daughter worked from home a few days and the Internet worked perfectly. Gloria was helpful and tried to meet our needs.

Fábio was EXTREMELY kind to us, attentive, super responsive and proactive, even prepared a pizza for us, which was sensational. I felt at home! Totally clean, comfortable environment, with a great view, close to bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores and the beach, very nice. The condominium is extremely beautiful and with super friendly people and sensational doormen. A great experience, I'll come back more often for sure!

We loved our stay in the apartment, we felt at ease, everything was very well explained and instructed by Dona Wânia who answered all the questions, the very cozy and comfortable place, my daughter and niece loved the pool, close to everything, supermarket, bakery, mall etc. Chekin and Checkout, very flexible, we will definitely be back!

The beach and sea view is truly spectacular. Sitting there on the balcony curtando the look is very nice. The apartment is airy, the sea breeze runs. All working very well: TV, kitchen items, stove, showers, etc. Annelice was great anfitria. We even provided a crib for the child who was with us. Only the garage that requires a little more maneuvering, and is a little tight. And is a foot apartment on the sand: crossed the street you're on the beach. This has no price.
