We enjoyed our stay at Peter’s place. It was well located for our needs and provided us great access for sight seeing. The space was accommodating and welcoming for our group of 6!

Rosa’s Cottage is so unique, interesting and homey. We love to stay here! Even though we don’t need all three bedrooms, it is a great option in case our grandchildren want to stay over or if one of our Northern California adult children want to visit. It is so convenient and rare to have the use of a second bathroom in smaller homes, a bonus in case of extra family members. The dining table can seat 6 people. Bathrooms are nice sized, clean and have been tastefully updated. The backyard is adorable and we would use it much more if we visited when the weather was warmer. We have our own off street parking space and walk right in the front door to a one level house, making getting luggage and groceries easy to carry in and out. What can I say about Rosa? She is one of the kindest sweetest people you will ever meet and really wants you to have a great stay. We have had a couple of unexpected issues to deal with and she was very accommodating, making our concerns non-issues. Thanks, Rosa!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were in the Fallbrook area for a wedding. The house was in a private location but still convenient. The kitchen was amazing and we loved sitting outside by the fireplace during the cooler nights. Agnes was an amazing host and made us feel right at home! If we ever find ourselves in the Fallbrook area again we will definitely be staying here again!

The home and grounds were beautiful. The check in and check out process was easy with no issues. The host is easy to get a hold of and answers quickly when contacted . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had an 18-month-old and had no issues at the home other than there is no fenced in play area so we would walk him around outside but mostly had to keep him in the house.

Our stay here was perfect for our family of 8. The home had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect to do all of the activities and sightseeing we had planned. Our host was very attentive and answered any questions we had almost immediately. I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to San Diego. Thanks to Shar.

Our stay in Murrieta was an amazing and somewhat a very magical experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the unique property. It was peaceful and the surroundings were stunning. The biggest highlights of all were the beautiful Great Pyrenees’ Zinnia and Ivy, the guardian dogs protecting the ranch, they were so sweet and we loved having the opportunity to give them some snuggles and pets. Christopher was gracious enough to also let us see the working horse ranch and to get a tour of all the animals they had. The house was beautifully decorated, spotless and extremely comfortable. I actually can’t wait to book another stay here!

Overall, a wonderful day. The kitchen was well appointed, and we were able to make many meals there. Love, the fact that they had some Tupperware and plastic baggies for us to use which came in handy when we were doing our various trips to Legoland, the zoo, etc. The main living space was great for a total group of six (2 families). And the kids loved the various balconies. The driveway was definitely a challenge, especially with two large vehicles, but we managed. The view to the water was beautiful and we enjoyed watching sunset and sunrise. The area was fantastic. We have stayed in La Jolla before and really enjoyed revisiting the farmers market, especially. It was also really nice to be able to have Whole Foods and Amazon deliveries to the house.

Great spot for a weekend getaway! Dawn was helpful and responsive to all my questions. Perfect little cozy fireplace inside, first room you walk into is wonderfully welcoming. and the space is split into a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette style set up. Loved the beautiful tile mural in the shower. Clean bathroom! Just 3 helpful notes for curious travelers: 1) Dawn gave perfect instructions for arrival, use them! I would advise arriving during daylight hours because the last mile on the farm is a bit of a narrow wraparound. 2) We ran into a few other folks on the working farm, no big deal! Be advised that there are multiple units on the property and animals that like to say hello! Specifically, whimsical unit has three units attached (each private) but if you’re looking for absolute isolation just note you have neighbors upstairs and might have some on your left. Not a problem for us! 3) If cooking your own food note you’ve got a smaller compact fridge not a full commercial!

This was such a beautiful and comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here again. very close to everything. incredibly friendly host.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental is close walking distance to the ocean, Harbor, and town. There are lots of amenities at the complex, pool, billards, pong pong. Everything was very nice. Would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to stay again.

Such a great location and price for Oceanside. We are near major routes to everywhere that we wanted to go to, along with a hiking trail. We can hear traffic but it was never a nuisance. The condo is on the 2nd floor, no elevator but was not a problem for us. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/dishware but no pantry items. We were pleased with the dishwaher and W/D, and yes, there were detergent available. There was a new sofa bed, and TV with EASY to operate controls (thanks for not having multiple remotes!) There are 3 of us, 2 with low vision so we were extremely pleased with the layout (no Nic-nacs to knock over or excessive furniture to run into). Our hostess was the best, so responsive to all my questions!

This location was amazing. Beautiful property and views. The host was amazing and responded immediately to anything and everything we had questions about. Could not have asked for a better experience. 100% would recommend.

We loved our stay! The place was exactly as described. Super clean, great layout. Pool was amazing and it was great to be able to see if it was crowded from the window before heading down (and it never was). We felt right at home. Hosts were very quick to respond with any questions. If we come to San Diego again, we would love to stay here again! Thank you!

We loved the location and view! And the space was wonderful as well. So pretty much perfect all around. If I had to make a small complaint, you can hear some of the noise from the 2nd floor residence but I guess that is to be expected since the room is on the 1st floor.

Hard to find the HOA office upon first visit, but once you check in with security it was very easy. Great location, nice unit for an older complex, and prime area extremely close to the beach. Key pick up and drop off was simple, however the parking for this specific unit is very very tight. Thankfully our rental car was small, but it was between a support column and the wall. We loved that that they had chairs, beach equipment and towels available. We had a great stay and would recommend this unit for your stay in Oceanside. Conveniently located to Legoland (15 mins w/ traffic) and very close to some very excellent restaurants.

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

Our Villa on the Hill did not disappoint! Loved the location. A short few minute drive to a grocery store and several nearby wineries. Europa and Baily Wineries were nearly across the street. Old Town Temecula is only a short 10-12 minute drive as well. The house delivered on its description and we were spoiled! The team at AvantStay were super friendly, extremely communicative, and quick with responses. We ran into one small issue with the coffee maker not working well, and with no question, a new one was delivered to our doorstep same day. We didn’t use any of the outdoor amenities (hot tub, fire pit). Our only other complaint is we couldn’t stay longer. Can’t wait to visit Temecula again!

We had a great weekend stay at this beautiful property! The pool/spa and backyard with view was amazing. The house has a ton of amenities including bbq, full kitchen, spices, entertainment center And indoor/outdoor speakers. Owner was very communicative and sent out a pool repair person to assist with our spa heating issue, which was promptly fixed. There are house and city guidelines to be aware of, so make sure you read all house information that is provided. Overall a wonderful property!

This stay was beyond my expectations. The comfort of the home, the surrounding area, the beautiful views and peacefulness. It was all amazing, didn’t want it to end.

It was perfect for extended family to all be together. The grandkids loved the pool, and the outdoor and indoor kitchens accommodated our large gathering well.

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

My wife and I booked this stay for our wedding weekend for and our bridal party and loved every moment of our stay. The place was clean, the amenities were as advertised and Simon was the perfect host. He answered very quickly and gave us everything we needed to enjoy our perfect weekend. On top of everything else we were allowed to bring our dogs last minute for an extremely low price in my opinion. This generosity took a lot of stress out of our very special trip. I would 10/10 recommend this stay to anybody looking for a relaxing and stress free trip!
