A dream stay in Pesaro! Everything was absolutely perfect. The house, nestled in a bucolic setting, offers a true haven of peace, surrounded by greenery, a flower garden, an orchard and even a few free-range chickens. The calm that reigns there is refreshing. The studio was impeccable, clean and functional, and the sofa bed particularly comfortable. But what we remember most is Sylvia's extraordinary kindness, who welcomed us with rare generosity. She made our arrival and stay as simple as it was pleasant. We also had the chance to meet Giacomo and his father, two deeply lovely people, with whom we had very warm exchanges. Thank you again for this unforgettable stay. We will keep a fond memory of this interlude in Pesaro… and of all of you!

Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated bonus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

we were very satisfied with the place. Cesenatico was 20 minutes' walk away, the neighbours were very friendly and the apartment was tidy, and we also got bikes from the hostess. we were very satisfied.

We had a lovely time at Federica's place. She was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations. She allowed us to do an earlier check in and a late check out (we were limitted by the transportation means). The place was cosy and felt like home. The terrace was a wonderful feature.

Relaxation oasis on Olympus A large, historic stone house surrounded by an incredibly beautiful garden with lush Mediterranean flora and fauna laid out on three levels with olive groves and many enchanted seating to marvel and dream. The house has a lot of space, high quality furnishings and tastefully decorated. It surprises with numerous niches, old doors, steps, and stunning views. It is absolutely quiet here and you can stroll through the house and garden, enjoy the wide view over the hilly landscape and the picturesque backdrops of Mondavio and Orciano and always discover new perspectives. The house and garden give a feeling of space, silence, seclusion in harmony with nature. There are nasty lizards, a hoopard, sparrows, and fireflies. The kitchen is very well equipped with many,glasses, crockery, pots, pans and everything you need for cooking. The owners generously share everything.

The apartment is spectacular, it is 3 super nice and very equipped floors. The views and the exterior is beautiful. To get there you have to make a path of curves. Highly recommended!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

Elisa's apartment was very cosy and we loved the mid century theme. Elisa was very responsive to messages and was lovely when we met her briefly Very quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the station. Supermarket and laudrette 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna.

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

We had a lovely time at Bob's. He and his wife are lovely! Luce and Henri (the 2 dogs) are also very cute and just want to be petted. Bob's renovation work is great, and the apartment is absolutely new. The outdoor space is beautiful and offers unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding hills. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time, a lovely, well-kept apartment, right in the heart of the historic centre. A place of peace and nature around, where you can relax from the daily routine. We stayed in this house for 11 days and had a very good time. The apartment, with thorough cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciate the TV that allows several connections ( Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with several capsules available, in addition to the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with linen change available as well for bath linens. The private garage is very useful, and there is free parking in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both to reach the sea in a few minutes and to visit within a few kilometers, the many medieval villages of great interest set on the green hills of Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us and gave them a warm and warm greeting!

She welcomed us warmly and sympathetically - you can immediately tell that she is passionate about it. The apartment was spacious, very clean, bright and lovingly furnished. Everything you need is really there – you immediately feel at home. Veronica was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips that you can only get from locals. For us, it was a completely successful stay. Veronica is a great host and we can absolutely recommend her and her accommodation. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!
