We had a wonderful stay! The unit is beautiful—very clean, well-maintained, and absolutely worth it. We arrived earlier than expected (our check-in time was supposed to be 3 PM), but since the unit was already available, Pekka allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, especially the lady who assisted us upon arrival (I forgot her name, but she was very helpful). She took the time to show us around and explain where everything was. Bringing our luggage up was easy too since the building has an elevator. The location is also great—it’s just a short walk to D’Mall. The only minor downside is that e-trikes don’t drop passengers off right in front of Scandi unless it’s a special trip. They usually drop you at the corner, so you’ll need to walk a bit, but it’s manageable. Also, during rainy days, water tends to pool at the corner of the road, which can be inconvenient. Overall, our stay was absolutely worth it!

The place is very peaceful and spacious.

We were picked up at the port once you got off the ferry. And as soon as we got to the house, we had fresh coconuts waiting for us. I really appreciated that. There’s quite a bit of beautiful nature spots near the Airbnb, which is a bonus. The place was amazing and I really enjoyed the stay.

Owner is always responsive! Every thing you need during your stay, the owner has provided. Fast internet connection with large TV and Netflix were all available.

We boekten voor 5 nachten maar bleven er 9. Het grote terras met goede zit- en eetplaats en de keuken zijn een meerwaarde als je wat minder mobiel bent (we waren herstellende van een ongeluk). Het een ontzettend rustige plek (dus goed geslapen) en toch vlakbij San Juan. Het is een prachtig huisje en hebt altijd het gevoel buiten en midden in de natuur te zijn.

We are a Korean family. We came with a 7-year-old and 6-year-old child and an uncle. We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We were very satisfied with the pick-up and check-out to the port and even the motorcycle rental. The accommodation was like staying at home. Good. I recommend it.

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. This beach house was pure magic! Angele was a superb communicator and made our stay extremely comfortable and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Also, don’t skip the host guide book! They absolutely nail all the best places to go and things to see in the area. We love, love, loved everything about this trip specifically because of this home :)

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage direkt am Meer, die offene Küche, die Zimmer und der Pool haben uns total geflashed. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar süße Restaurants und wenig andere Touristen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der ein tolles Strandhaus mit viel Ruhe möchte.

Kevin and David are a great host. Our supposed to be check in at 2:00 PM but they were kind enough to let us drop off our things and store it in a safe plus as early as 9:00 AM. David was very accommodating, he toured us to the house and informed us everthing that we need to know during our stay. The entire house is very clean, and very comfy. We all had a very good night sleep because we got everything we needed, very cool aircondition, perfectly smelled linens and towels, thick blankets, soft pillows and very comfortable bed. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained plus, it is surrounded by fish ponds and a beautiful garden. In the veranda, we can see the very beautiful view of the seas and mountains of Dauis, no wonder that the place is called Terrace House because it does have a perfect view from the terrace. And lastly, Allen drove us to the port and was very kind and accommodating. We will surely book Terrace House unto our next Bohol trip!

Our team stayed in this house for our Team Building and we had an amazing experience! The host was very accommodating with all our questions and requests. The rooms and beds provided were all very spacious so even though there were 9 of us staying in the house, it didn’t ever feel suffocating. There were a total of 3 bathrooms (2 were outside the main house but still very accessible) so it made getting ready much easier, especially since we were all girls! Since the main bathroom is also quite big, it didn’t ever feel too cluttered despite having to share it with multiple people! The back patio space was very useful for our activities and it also became a preferred working space for most of our team who wanted to do some work yet still want to have a view of the sea. The area is also very quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by greenery so you can really take in the vibe of Camiguin. Would highly recommend this place for a long-trip with a big group!

No wonder Lara Mae and her family belonged to the category of superhosts. They took great care of us and our concerns. I initially booked another airbnb, but due to poor communications, I cancelled it and found Lara’s place. She was responsive from start to finish. Her place was also homey and very accessible to Megaworld and Festive Walk. It has everything you need - from water to toiletries and even towels! We will definitely return and book her place again. The experience was beautiful. ❤️

Our family enjoyed our stay in Sir Luigi's house! We had our deserved rest after long hours of travel. We are so glad that we were able to cook our meals and move around like it was our own house. Sir Luigi is very responsive and helpful! We'll surely book again on our next seminar!

Love the location. 10 min walk to Ayala mall. On the bus route. Laundry and 7 Eleven on the ground floor. The apartments are small But nice size for a couple. Then our a/c bill wasn’t much (2000 peco a month) Pool was great Very responsive representative Quickly desk with any problems. We will return

The location is perfect for Bacolod. The mall is directly across from the location, and the other malls are a few minutes by trike of Jeepney. the guards are very friendly and helpful. we stayed for 4 weeks and we're sad to leave, highly recommend

The place was neat & clean. The host was there to welcome us when we check in & give us orientation of her place & the amenities as well. next time we'll have our beach time, We'll definitely be back to book w/ her place again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious and came with complete kitchen amenities. The air conditioning worked perfectly as well. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and conveniently close to restaurants and the main road. Their driver, Kuya Carlo, was also very helpful and accommodating. We appreciated his safe driving—definitely a big thumbs up!
