Villa holiday rentals in Visayas

This a great beach front home! It has a large pool, beautiful grounds, private environment, and a picture perfect view across the ocean. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, and large living room with a great tv and strong wi-fi. The air conditioning works great throughout the home. With beautiful marble floors and a large porch (where we took all of our meals), it is a classy place. We were truly on vacation when Gloria supplied a cook who prepared all of our meals. Her fee was very low and the meals were delicious! Jeb was our onsite person who cleaned the pool each morning and ensured that the grounds were kept immaculate. Gloria arranged our airport pickup with Ricky whose fee was also very reasonable. Gloria made our time time there even better from her greeting us upon our arrival to responding our questions very quickly, she truly cares about her guests. It takes a little extra effort to get there, but it is well worth it. We love this place, and you will too!

We were so amazed with the place! This is one of the best accomodations we have ever experienced. Almost everything is already provided for the guests including beach towels, bath towels, utensils, plates and other kitchenwares, we were even provided with 2 containers of mineral water and a griller for cooking. The 4 rooms are spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 pax each, not to mention that each room has its own CR. The dining area is also airconditioned and has a widescreen TV with Netflix and Youtube premium. They also have a mini-pool and a veranda where you can chill. I promise you won't ever be bored! I'm so glad to have stumbled upon this villa, we definitely enjoyed our vacation. Ms. Christina is very kind and accommodating, thank you very much po, Ma'am for patiently answering all my questions and for extending a helping hand when I needed it. The caretaker Ms. Janice was also very helpful with all our concerns. Hopefully maka balik kami di liwat dason. ❤️

As some who owns a condo in Boracay, each part of the island offers something unique and special. Nona’s place caught my eye, a mix of natural air common spaces and aircon bedrooms that hug like a horse shoe around the 2 year old pitched bottom pool. THEY ARENT KIDDING ABOUT THE BIGGEST COUCH IN BORACA!! This couch can hold Elementary class photos on it, HUGE! The construction of the house is a mix of 25 percent traditional PH architecture and 75 modern practices. The soft lighting in the common area invite yourself to relax every time you get home and walk through the garden to the main entrance. Its situated in one of the best beaches I know in Boracay, Diniwid (5 min walk) is a beach of sunset culture with some of the best photo moments to be had on some man made islands that used to host a resort. You will truly only find some of you best memories in this house. I spent two weeks here because my condo could never be what this house offers!

Felt like paradise...

We had such a great stay at this Airbnb! Our group of six had plenty of space, and what really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service from Reda and Kim. They were available almost around the clock—helping us order e-trikes right to our door, providing extra towels, and just generally making sure we had everything we needed. The hosts were super responsive and a accommodative as well, which made coordinating everything in a new country so much easier. The living area on the 3rd floor was spacious and perfect for our games night in. And the rooftop pool was incredible. We caught both sunrise and sunset from up there. There’s also the indoor pool when it’s too hot outside. Highly recommend this for a group of 6 or more people!

Thank you Monnette for having us stay in your beautiful Casblanca Villa. Everything pictured was as described and we were very lucky to have both Kuya Vhon and Kuya Dong to assist us. My husband and I, family and friends enjoyed our stay. It was a nice place to stay after staying in hotels that didn't feel like home. Casablanca definitely felt like home. We hope to visit again one day and will be booking the Casablanca Villa again ☺️🌴

It was a wonderful staycation. My daughter and her bestfriend overnight was a blast! with PJ’s place, it was magnificent. Beyond words can describe. The pool The view is stunning, breathtaking and impressive. It’s a very private place and perfect for a vacation away from the hustle and buzz of the city. We all had a great time. The amenities were complete! The kitchen is perfect, rooms were all spacious, the view of the balcony is awe-inspiring and the view from the pool is captivating, you can see Cebu and the mountains. Overall experience is a 5 star. Infact it’s more than 10 out of 10. Thank you PJ for being a great host! We appreciate your gift too!🥰 Highly recommended! We will surely come back!

There is no hot water, but due to the nature of the weather, it is not a big problem. Multiple rooms and a private pool depth The details were all good. However, the water tastes a little salty. Don't forget to bring a shower filter! Considering this, it was a great place to stay.

Definitely one of my favorites in the island. Can’t wait to be back ate Nora and the rest was easy to communicate and welcomed us safely into the Villa. Such a nice beach house!!!

We stayed at Paradise Blanc with a group of 9 and the place was really nice. It's in a relatively quiet area, but close to the beach. The housekeeper, Vince, was super helpful and always friendly - he even got rid of a large spider for us. They accommodated both early check-in and late check-out for us, which was super convenient due to how the transport from and to the airport works.

I was looking for a place to book for a group of 20, and I booked it, and they said that the facility was remodeled this year. So, overall, everything was neat. There was also a resident helper, so it was very helpful. And the swimming pool was so big that it wasn't small even if all twenty of us played together. We also offer free rentals of tubes and life jackets for babies. A Korean employee responded, so there was no problem in communication, and I was able to visit cheaply because I received recommendations for nearby tourist attractions and tours. This is a recommended accommodation for families and groups.

It’s perfect for my big family. Everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed the clean pool. Care takers are very helpful.

Our Executive James was fully satisfied with his experience staying at this property. It was better than the photos. You truly have to experience it firsthand, to fully appreciate it. The host Melody was very professional, caring, attentive, and helpful whenever help was needed. Their on-premises staff were also helpful with everyday tasks and chores when asked. However, at the same time, during the entire stay, they never bothered the guests unnecessarily and instead provided full privacy. They strike the perfect balance between being helpful and providing peace and quiet. Communicating with Melody and their staff was easy, fast, and precise. A great stay in this just amazing house! The sea water was agitated so not great for snorkeling and apartment to enjoy this dream environment there is not much to do... however if you come with the idea of a relaxing stay or with friends.

The villa was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and it was nice and private. Ronan was a great host and was always contactable. The group thoroughly enjoyed staying here. This villa is ideal for a group staying in Panglao.

From the moment we booked this villa the host has been nothing but short of excellent! The host is asking for feedback and this is the first review that I’m writing that I honestly can not give any advice to improve on because our stay was absolutely PERFECT! The care takers were friendly and helpful. We pre ordered breakfast and it was ready and served on time. Everything in the house worked. The hot tub was a delight. The property is literally as beach front as it comes. The villa is well maintained. The house does get sandy but come on, you’re in a beach front. Location was right by discovery hotel , so it’s very ideal because it’s not too loud or busy. The host was responsive and so helpful, even helping us book our transfers. I recommend this place 100 percent!!!!

A lovely place in the centre of Boracay. Behind the gate was a quiet and peaceful place to relax and unwind. Close to the main beach front and all shops. Awesome staff!!! Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this private villa! The highlight was definitely having our own pool—it was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing in privacy. The villa itself was spotless upon arrival, with fresh linens, tidy rooms, and a modern, welcoming ambiance. Bali feels! 🌴 Everything felt secure and peaceful, ideal for a quiet getaway. Highly recommend if you want to escape the city! We feel relaxed and refreshed.

The home was as described. Host was very helpful in arranging transposition for all of us. The home has a really nice view, and pairs well with the pool. It does has a step walk to get to the home but wasn’t anything we couldn’t handle. Thanks for everything!

Very happy and satisfied with our overall experience. We booked last minute for our mother’s birthday, but still has been accommodated well. The owners are very friendly, hospitable, and approachable. Place is very private, perfect for families who want to spend quality time together. Will definitely recommend this to our friends.

Amazing house right in front of the ocean overlooking Apo Island. The garden is very well kept by friendly workers. The house had all imaginable amenities and was comfortable. Easy access to the diveshop next door and the amazing Tropika restaurant. Otherwise on land there is not much to do. Just what we were looking for. May may was a great host too and would take care of our needs in just minutes. 10/10 would come again.

You can go to the sea through Ilsoño. Moalboal is the first priority of the sea, so you can enjoy the sea without having to go to Chilliba, and there is a swimming pool in the villa, so I played in the pool in the evening. Cats that come every day are another heart healing! It was a private house, so I was able to play music in the evening and talk about the day with my family. I was so happy during my stay at the villa. The space and people were so lovely.
