Monthly Rentals in Virgin River

This was my second time staying at AJ’s place and my stay was just as enjoyable as the first. The location can’t be beat - you’re close to all of the exciting things to do in southern Utah. The home has everything you’d want for a long term stay….the kitchen is fully stocked, the bed is comfortable, and the wifi was perfect for remote work and videoconferencing.

Clean, private, safe, and charming. Every morning, I had breakfast with a rabbit nibbling on the lawn outside my window, lunch with a hummingbird sipping from the feeder, and dinner with squirrels sneaking in for dropped seeds. This place feels like a small, vibrant ecosystem — vivid, alive, and peaceful.

We had a guest in town for a few days. Gerri's casita was just what we were looking for! Nearby, fair price, nice place to stay... fit all of our requirements. Gerri's casita will be our first choice when future out of town guests are heading our way.

We loved our month stay here! The apartment was very clean, well decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect! It’s a short walk to downtown, near a bunch of restaurants and felt super safe. Dannielle is a great host and gave us so many great recommendations for during our stay. Highly recommend this place!
