Waterfront holiday rentals in Virgin River

We had a very nice stay! The villa was very clean and the people were extremely friendly! We loved that we were able to have our dog with us! Our host did his best to make sure we had everything we needed when we arrived and we will definitely book with him again! Very reasonable pricing as well! Thank you for everything!

Brianna’s Airbnb was a peaceful getaway with amazing views. First time in Brian head and we definitely will be back during ski season. We visited in late spring and the location was perfect for our drives across Utah visiting multiple national parks.

5 Stars - A Perfect Getaway! This was our first time in Las Vegas, and staying at Christian and Mariana’s place truly made it feel like a home away from home. The villa was beautifully maintained, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway after exploring the city. We loved all the thoughtful amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms with high-quality linens, fast Wi-Fi, and a lovely outdoor space that was perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The attention to detail made everything feel effortless. Christian and Mariana were wonderful hosts—responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Vegas!

very nice place, fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), great location to visit Bryce Canyon and Zion Canyon, would really recommend staying here!

Our group was four adults (2 couples) that used both bedrooms. The setup was perfect as we had both private (bedrooms and bathrooms) and shared space where we could come together. Each unit had a private south facing porch with incredible views of the mesas to the south, Zion to the east and epic sunsets to the west. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you’ll need. Our morning ritual included a peaceful and private walk down to the river where we had the option of sitting and listening to the river, taking a quick dip, or a peaceful walk along a marked trail that merged with nature conservancy land. The location is perfect as it’s just 10-15 minutes to Zion/Springdale but far enough away to offer a true desert sanctuary. The location also allows for direct access to world class mountain bike trails (Hurricane cliffs trail network) from the home without having to drive. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Peaceful escape from the strip and nice surroundings for walking and biking

Mark’s place was great. Right on the Sevier river and I caught a 17” trout out the back door. Easy access to Bryce and Zion. The inside was very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed. I would stay here again and hope to make it back someday.

We had a pleasant stay overall – the space was cozy, well-located, and the check-in process was smooth. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. One issue we encountered was a persistent odor in the unit, which required us to light multiple candles daily to manage. I brought it up with the host, who assured us it would be looked into and taken care of. Aside from that, everything else was great and we appreciated the hospitality!

Sid's place is a great place to stay! The location was peaceful and offered. We would absolutely book here in the future!

Incredibly wonderful stay while celebrating some family milestones. Accommodations were clean, spacious and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful views. We used it as a base to explore zion and grand canyon. One very small suggestion: maybe scatter a few lamps around different sitting areas for evening reading. Overall superb vacation rental!

We had an incredible experience staying at Tim’s place in Las Vegas! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home is absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated with a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. It’s clear Tim has put a lot of care into every detail. The location was fantastic: close enough to the Strip for easy access to all the excitement, but tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood that gave us a relaxing escape when we needed it. The amenities were also top notch I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here next time we come

The place is an adorable mix of Spanish and contemporary finishes, lovely stone flooring, very well appointed backyard with small pool and covered hot tub. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood appears quiet, though be advised the nearby airforce base does launch VERY loud jets starting at 830am. There is also a neighbor’s rooster who crows starting at 515am for a few hours. It’s charming but could be bothersome. The place is minutes from all the quick service foods you could think of; near lots of large shopping plazas; but on a dead end street so private. All-in-all, a lovely time and pleasant stay! Thank you team!

This listing provided in every way we could have imagined. Having traveled with a 2 year old and staying for the week, we needed a place that would provide all the essentials we had at home and this delivered! Rooms were the perfect size and not a single one of them made you feel cluttered. Having the pool and hotub to retreat to was fantastic along with all the backyard furniture made for lots of napping after swims. I loved the overall look of the backyard as it made us feel like we were truly on vacation. Moreover the quietness of the neighborhood and size of the backyard made being in the back that much more enjoyable even in the blistering heat! Another reason we loved this spot was its location. Lots of food/coffee options in the immediate area and then short drives to The Strip and Airport took a lot of the stress away about our stay. Did I mention the nostalgia of having the Teenage Mutant Nina Turtles arcade game!? We thoroughly enjoyed joyed our stay and believe you will too!

Thank you for letting our family stay at your beautiful home. We truly enjoyed our time in Washington. The location has easy access to the interstate, which was nice as we ventured out to see the sights of southern Utah. The home itself was spacious and had plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy time together as a family. 

Had a wonderful weekend stay at this lovely complex. The host was super helpful, and the apartment was easy to get to and wonderfully located. We're definitely aiming to make a return trip!

Just left Phoebe’s condo after a two night stay and it was awesome! Our family of 4 came up to Brian Head for the sole purpose of skiing and the location was right next to Giant Steps (not technically ski in / ski out but you could walk down in your gear, we chose to just do the 2 minute drive over to the parking lot because the walk would have been a lot for our kids in their ski boots and carrying their poles and skis). Phoebe’s place was clean and had everything we needed and her check in and check out instructions were very clear. You can tell this is an older building but she has done a great job with updates and decor. I highly recommend this place!

The condo was perfect and included everything we needed. The view is amazing. It is located about 30 mins from the strip which is perfect to get away from the craziness of the strip. The condo is located inside a village that includes a mini grocery store and restaurants. After a long day in the Vegas heat we would enjoy the pools. Absolutely zero complaints about our stay in this condo.

Definitely would stay here again. Went for snowboarding trip but might consider this place for a summer trip too!

Jessie has a wonderful space just to relax and enjoy the quiet away from the busy city. Would definitely recommend this place to friends!

Sarah is an amazing host. She is extremely responsive, big hearted and above all very flexible. I have no words to describe how amazing the condo is- squeaky clean, well equipped, has toys, lots of board games, books for you and your kids to read, entertainment, sledges and many more stuff for indoor and outdoor activities. Everything is in available at the place- toiletries(except tooth brush and paste),towels, tissues, floor mats, hot water, heaters, TV (with prime and Netflix subscription- I'm not kidding),tissue rolls, comforters and a full fledged kitchen , all you got to do is bring groceries. The stay feels very safe and peaceful. The condo 's views are amazing too! It's front faces mountains and a beautiful lake where you can take a stroll and has a play area for kids and swings for adults too. The snow on the mountains was still visible. Stayed here in the last week of May and this place was such a great place to escape the heat. Will definitely come back.

This place was just what we needed, we were just there couple days. Having a kitchen was great, the jacuzzi bath was also amazing. We really enjoyed the space! Beautiful flowers surrounded the area.
