Jerry's place was very easy to find, and in a great location for my business trip. The studio apartment was immaculate (excellent job by his cleaner!) and well supplied with all the conveniences and appliances needed- the photo I saw didn't show a microwave, but I was happy to find one there. The shower? Bliss. Great pressure and ultra-modern style. Other reviewers have mentioned the street noise, but I've lived in a city before and had no problem falling asleep. Two fans and an air conditioner kept the place at a comfortable temperature. For me, as a mobility-challenged person, the apartment wasn't as good a fit as hoped. The stairs to the second floor are moderately steep with a turn at the top, and the mattress is lower than usual making it difficult for me to get up from the bed. If you have physical issues that way, just be aware of this and make your own determination. Also, one tenant has a cat, and if you have an allergy to them, you'll want to know that.

We enjoyed our stay! The scenery was beautiful. The space was perfect for what we needed for a graduation trip to Ithaca and a relaxing getaway in Cortland. Our party of 3 had lots of space to feel right at home. We enjoyed relaxing in the living room and slept very well at night after busy days in Ithaca. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food for the graduation as well. Jamie was a very kind and accommodating host! We would love to return someday. It must be a fun ski retreat, but I have to say I Ioved the peace and quiet there this spring!

This was the second time I have stayed at the Froggy Goggle and it has yet to disappoint! Great location by the mountain and always very clean. Recommend this place to anyone trying to stay in the area especially if you’re hitting the mountain on your stay.
