House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023, offering excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from 1 June to 31 October: Mon–Fri, 9:00 am–11:00 am and 2:00 pm–5:00 pm. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

Tastefully and charmingly restored, it has all the modern amenities, but retains its authentic character. You'll love its lovely little shady garden full of flowers. The house is very close to shops: bakery, grocery store, wine shop, newsagent, pharmacy, stationery shop, florist, hairdressers, post office and bank. Local produce market on Friday mornings.

The village is on the Wine Route, minutes away from the famous Dentelles de Montmirail. For the more athletic, hiking trails, mountain biking, and reputable climbing sites are accessible nearby.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
