Welcome to Perroy, a beautiful town between Lausanne and Geneva. We offer a nice and fully equipped apartment on the top floor of our house. To get to the apartment you access a shared entrance. Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

Great for walks, mountain biking, etc. Entrance and dedicated access path via a staircase, nice equipped garden. 15 minutes to Nyon by train. 45 mins to Geneva (+ airport) / 30 mins by car). Train stop 5 minutes' walk. Close to Genolier clinic, Paleo Well-equipped, private garden, magnificent view of Lake Geneva, Geneva, and Mont Blanc. Very quiet.

It's ideal for 2, but 4 people can also fit. With 2 outside terraces you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun.
