Upon arriving at the accommodation we were received by the owner Bel, who informed us about the absence of the stove installation, but this did not prevent us from preparing some meals, as she left several electronic accessories to serve us, with this she quickly searched for specialists for the installation of the same. The only bad point, which is not related to the property, but rather with the regulation of the condominium is about the car vacancies, as there was the technicians for installing the stove or gas, had the moment to be arriving with the car and the condominium condo do not let in with the car, as the car with the technician was using the vacancy. But Bel is very kind and helpful with the resolution of everything we ask for in the period we stayed

I had an excellent stay. The location is great — quiet, safe and with easy access to everything I needed. The space was impeccable, very clean, well equipped and exactly as described in the listing. The host was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions and make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Maraine is the wonderful soul of this extremely cozy, quiet and clean accommodation with a fantastic view of Campinas. She is always there for the guests and proactively helps with check-in. The accommodation is very protected, so you need to register when entering the area! I wish all travellers this wonderful experience at Maraine

I travelled with 12 other people to Helder's house and I can say that our stay was amazing! The photos don't convey the beauty of the house, which is beautiful, clean and super organized! All rooms are fragrant, bed and bath linens are clean. The garden is sensational! Lucia and João, the caretakers, were super solicitous with us and did everything to make us feel at ease. We had a small problem with the internet, which was soon resolved. Any questions we had, Helder promptly answered. The place is of unparalleled peace! I will come back more often for sure!

A thousand stars! Diogo was always very helpful, gave all the instructions in advance, the check-in was very smooth, as well as the checkout. The apartment was clean, clean and fragrant bed linen, in the kitchen there are all the utensils we need. I went with my husband and my children (one 2 years old and one 7 months old) and they were well accommodated. The oldest slept in a room and the youngest slept with us in a crib that we brought, which fit comfortably in the room. We will definitely be back!

Thank you very much Jose Nilson and Leonel for this wonderful stay!! Their apartment is very well decorated and brand new! It's just like the pictures. Despite being a one-bedroom apartment, the bedroom is spacious and the apartment has a good balcony with a wonderful view. For me, the big difference was having a gas shower and two parking spaces, things you rarely see in smaller apartments in Cambuí. Everything in the apartment worked and the building is very charming, located in the best neighbourhood of Campinas, full of shops and restaurants. I loved staying there and I will definitely stay again!!

Marco was responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. The building was safe and had many amenities. I would recommend this apartment and host.
