We had a great stay! House in a well equipped and spacious gated condominium for us to be well accommodated. Super attentive Hosts. Very good!

Really everything was good , from the reception to the exit . It was flexible with schedule and very polite , the house was impeccable and every place well divided and with various things like spending time . A great place to rest with the family and enjoy the place . Hope to return soon 🙏🏽

Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

Mariana and her family were kind and helpful from the beginning. Sharing extremely clear tips and instructions about the stay. We had a delay in the scheduled check-in time and were still flexible and still received us with a delicious cake and lots of sympathy. I spent the weekend in the house to celebrate my father's birthday as a family and it couldn't have been better. The house is better than in the photos, the kitchen had complete utensils, the house accommodated us super well, and the view to the lake is great, not to mention that the place is very quiet in quiet. We love and hope to return soon!

We spent a weekend in the house. All very nice, excellent! We went with children and the house is well secured, all fenced, the solid glass and a safe staircase. They were very free to play. The highlight is leisure area. Gramado clean and truly heated pool, a delight. Rodrigo, Tânia and Mariana answered us quickly, with education and were ready to answer any questions or help with some eventuality. We want to go back and we recommend it for sure!

For those who want quiet and privacy, the house has a great location. Alexandre was super attentive when we need him. Maria was with us on the 4 days of stay, preparing our food and helping us with what was needed. They were a differentiator for us. Super recommend the services of Maria. Super quiet and nice space. Feeling of peace and security. I was with my family for a first experience with the babies in the wild and the place could not be more suitable! We'll be back soon!

Fernando from the first contact was quick to respond and flexible. The house is faithful to the photos, a very organized, clean place and with a lot of contact with nature. We love the stay and we love the Beach tennis :)

The property was extremely clean, including the pool. The place is much larger than in the pictures. Large and comfortable room, as well as all other spaces in the farm. Comfortable furniture. Full kitchen. Convenience, fuel station, pharmacy, supermarket etc., very close by. The hostess is extremely polite and proactive. Great for pets. We'll be back for sure!

The farm is beautiful! Super well structured, with everything you need, easy to get to, it's a real paradise! I went to celebrate my birthday there, if I have the opportunity I'll definitely go back! The property is incredible. Clean and well maintained. The monkeys and parrots come to welcome us. The owner, Mr. Celio and Sandra were exceptional. I would definitely recommend the place to family and friends.

Our family stayed for 45 days in this Sanctuary, the place is wonderful, super private, quiet and cozy. The caretakers are very hospitable, always giving us vegetables and fruits they harvested from the land and always accessible when we needed them. It was an unforgettable.

The farm is huge and has all the infrastructure for fun. Both the host and the housekeeper were very helpful and helped us with all our needs. The wifi is very good and supported 6 people working simultaneously with meetings and video conferences. Given the value and size, it's actually ideal for large groups, which was our case. As for the location, it is 10 minutes from an Atacarejo that has absolutely everything, but at the condominium door there is also a market that meets the needs well. I recommend Chácara to anyone looking for a place to have fun with family and friends.
