Welcome to our vacation paradise. Spacious cabin in Vikebygd, here is everything needed for a wonderful holiday with friends and family. Within walking distance there is a grocery store, cafe, sports facilities, beach with diving tower in the marina and not least high mountains with nice trails for summit trips. At the cabin there are large living rooms with room for many, 2 bedrooms + dorm room with two beds(+floor mattresses) large terrace with several seating groups and dining options, a small outdoor kitchen with gas grill and a large garden area.

Skjoldastraumen is an idyllic and quiet place with opportunities for more activities and excursions. The place is probably best known for its saltwater locks that opened in 1908. The saltwater blades are the only ones in Norway that are still in use. The sandy beach on Notaflå is centrally located and provides swimming opportunities on a nice summer day. Also in the vicinity is the Straumen school. Here, the kids can play and play football. If you drive to Nedstrand, you will not find unknown Himakånå. "Straumen is the Draumen"

The cabin is highly modern with all amenities in quiet surroundings surrounded by nature on all sides! Cook good food, enjoy a glass of wine and let the calm down!

You will have access to a private beach. Rowboat can be at your disposal. Beautiful Holiday house located in Ølen, Rogaland. The house is a newly renovated old house with high standard on the Vik family farm. Ølen is a good starting point for day trips to nearby tourist attractions, like Folgefonna glacier, Trolltunga in Odda, Langfoss & Låtefoss waterfall, Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) or excellent skiing options! The house owners are very helpful in planning your trips.

On a farm with a lot of space for play and outdoor activity. 2.5 Km to the town centre. Hiking trails directly from the yard. If interest, an agreed upon additional fee can borrow a boathouse located 4 km away. Occasionally, sheep and cherries in the yard. Be considerate and be careful to close fences. Otherwise a short distance to both Odda, Sauda and Haugesund☺️
