The apartment is completely equipped, with an elegant decoration and recent construction. It consists of: kitchen with American bar, lounge -dining room, double room with extra bed and complete bath. This lovely house, located just 200m away from the sea, is placed in a unsurpassable location, in a very quiet zone and just 1Km away from the Vinaros city center, with all it's commercial activity.<br><br>The 120m² villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people in its 2 floors. The lower level has a large living/dinning room, a fully equipped kitchen, a restroom and the garden. On the first level you can find four bedrooms. In addition you will find 1 bathroom.<br><br>

Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.

Renovated house in the heart of downtown, 300 meters from the beach

The listing is strategically located. It is in the urban center of Vinaroz, inside the pedestrian area. Very quiet at night. More than 150 years old, it has been lovingly renovated. They say it's very cheerful and original. A lot of peace and tranquility is breathed. It also has a nice terrace to enjoy romantic nights. Central market 2 minutes away and walking to get to the beach is 4 m. It has stairs, not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Beach house right by the sea in Vinaròs

The beach house was completely renovated in 2020! Our beach house offers a beautiful sea view and is located right on the beach. Restaurants and downtown Vinaròs are within walking distance. You'll love this place because you can be in the sea in just a minute! Couples, families and solo travelers and all sea lovers will feel very comfortable here. Dogs are also welcome by arrangement (additional EUR 80 per total stay without food and accessories).
