Maria excellent host, she was always clear with the instructions and allowed us flexibility with entry and exit. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for the stay, in addition to having a view to the sea. The building has all the necessary amenities and not being old is everything in excellent condition. Consider also that it is very well located, where one block away, you have restaurants, bar, for breakfast and the same beach. We will definitely be back

Divine everything. We are from Mendoza. Jaime and Claudia always responded very well and gave us a warm welcome. The apartment was the same as the photos and even had a couple more things than I was saying (good of course). We felt at home. The rest of the building is also cute, and had direct beach access. If I had to describe my stay it was excellent. The apartment is very well located, very clean and has everything to feel at home. I especially want to highlight Ceila, as she was an excellent host with us. He advised and helped us every time we need him. In addition, he was flexible with us with check-in and check-out. The view from the Loft is amazing, panoramic view of the plan and the sea in the background. The Loft is spacious and comfortable and the location is good as it is a few minutes from the beach. This is truly a one of a kind unique place to stay in Valparaiso. The location is perfect, the neighborhood was funky with lots of small restaurants and boutiques nearby. Of course there was street art everywhere. We were a few blocks from a bakery and small market that we frequented multiple times. The house itself was a historic and beautifully maintained building. It was enormous, somehow even bigger than the pictures. There were lots of interesting old knickknacks throughout the house. The view from the upper room was beautiful. Pablo was a very gracious host and we were met by Cecelia who went out of her way to make us comfortable despite the language barrier. On top of it all we were met with a bottle of Chilean wine. Can’t recommend enough.

We had a great stay. The apartment is spacious, cozy, well maintained and met our expectations. The bathrooms were extremely clean, especially the bathtubs. The balcony offers a beautiful view, perfect for enjoying the sunsets. The enclosed garage accommodated exactly one Nissan X-Trail. The concierge Cristian was always attentive and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped, with all the necessary utensils. We missed an electric coffee maker, but we already knew there was only one French coffee maker. The apartment has three heaters, which helped a lot in the cold weather. The TV and internet worked well, and the dishwasher made the routine easier. As a point of improvement, we highlight that the curtains in the rooms need repairs to the rail fastening, in addition to not being blackout. It's an old apartment, as described in the listing, but very clean, organized and with beautiful views: sea in the living room and city in the kitchen. We'd definitely come back!

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and spacious, the view of the sea is beautiful. Ibrahim, the very concerned host, answered all my questions very quickly and gave us all the previous instructions in great detail, we also had very good communication whenever it was needed. I definitely recommend it! My only observation is that the shower in the master bedroom bathroom leaks water through a space and it would also be good to renovate pots and pans. Everything else is impeccable, especially the bedrooms, a very complete kitchen and with everything needed for a beautiful vacation.
