Suitable for everyone in a village that has everything from Astrid Lindgren's world to excursion destinations in the Hultsfred Festival's tracks. In the nearby area, there is an elk park, swimming areas, summer cafes, adventure park, Emil i Lönnebergas Katthult and farm shops.

A simple guest house in the countryside in Småland. Beautiful and quiet accommodation. The cabin has electricity but no water and sewage. There are stovetops and a refrigerator, you get water in cans from us or take it yourself via a hose. Own well with very good water. An outdoor toilet is located next to the cabin. A simple outdoor shower (model "bucket shower"). Lovely outdoor environment with hammock and outdoor furniture. Bring bed linens and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. Living room with dining table and large sofa and wood-burning stove Five minutes to two different lakes, one of which has a public swimming area, in the other lake there is access to a plastic dock if desired, fishing permits can be arranged. The cottage is equipped with most kitchen utensils and an outdoor grill. If you want bed linens and towels, they are offered for SEK 100/person.

Now you have the opportunity to stay in our farmhouse at Grankvistgården from the 18th century in the center of Vimmerby. Access to a wonderful large garden with a gazebo and parking in the yard. Here you live centrally but privately and are close to both shops, restaurants and Astrid Lindgren's World. The house is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children as well as a smaller child as there is a crib. Alternatively, 4 adults. Bed linens and towels are not included. The guest cleans up before check-out.

Välkomna att hyra vårt mysiga torp i Grönhult med närhet till Vimmerby, Astrid Lindgrens värld 23 km och sommarstaden Västervik 35 km. Torpet ligger inne på en grusväg med skogen som närmsta granne. En fin barnvänlig badplats ligger fem minuter bort med bil. Två sovrum. Badrum med dusch (varmvattenberedare 50l) Inget avlopp så det är förbränningstoalett. I köket finns spis, halv kyl/frys och micro. Det finns grill utomhus. Till utomhuslekar finns piltavla, bokia och kubb.

In 2020, we renovated the kitchen, entrance hall and laundry room and also built a brand new bathroom on the ground floor. There is proximity to the lake with boat and swimming. Warm welcome!

The property is located on a very quiet rural road from where you can take wonderful bike tours and hikes in our picture book landscape. The next lake with a beach is 5 km away and the Baltic Sea is easy to reach by car. Excursions: e.g. Astrid Lindgren's birthplace, Astrid Lindgren's world, many film locations and Västervik on the archipelago
