The spacious apartment has approx. 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house close to the famous Passau Triple River Corner directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet, only the living room has a window to a schoolyard in which students occasionally noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, so enough laundry, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.
