Baño completo con ducha efecto lluvia a ras de suelo. El espacio de la cocina, comedor y sala de estar forman un solo ambiente muy práctico y recogido. Todo el suelo es de porcelánico de primera calidad y gran formato, con sistema radiante frío/calor que permite la regulación de temperatura por parte del cliente. Culmina en una gran balconada con barandilla de madera típica de los balcones de esta plaza de la ciudad, y suelo de baldosas rústicas de barro recuperadas de la antigua casa.
