This is a unique Airbnb … it’s exactly as described … top 4th floor studio apt with balcony on one side & roof terrace on other … superb cross breeze .. u could live here in compact but characterful space It’s in a local neighbourhood surrounded by sounds of India … great for a foreigner here to experience real life India … an oasis above the street life U are just off centre 10 min walk to Pondi action off two major thoroughfares Has a full size fridge for drink & fruits & bench kitchen for coffee & small meals Two good fans & nu AC means always cool I never saw the host but they were in daily contact by txt & very responsive Watching sun rise & sun set from balcony will be a treasured memory Thx Yellow Sunshine 100 stars 🌟

Karthik's place is very beautifully designed and has a spacious kitchen and patio area outside to unwind. The place was kept very clean and all amenities were provided. The stay has a great location as well which made our travel in Pondicherry very convenient. Karthik was a very responsive host and helped us with recommendations for places to visit and provided us with any amenities we needed promptly. Overall it's a very good stay worth the money.

The house is Clean & well maintained with all amenities mentioned , including ACs in bedrooms & washing machine too Mr Selva, the manager of the place is very helpful & was very proactive in informing us about whatever information we needed. My wife and I had a truly pleasant stay at this beautiful property. The house is spacious, immaculately maintained, and comes with the added charm of a private barn complete with its own kitchen perfect for a quiet and comfortable retreat. Priti, the host, lives on the property with her lovely family and was incredibly warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The caretakers were equally friendly and made us feel right at home. The property is ideal for family, with plenty to enjoy within the premises—well-maintained games area, gym, park, and a clean pool, all available for guest use. Their two pets were an absolute delight and super friendly, which added to the homely vibe. Highly recommended , If you’re looking for a peaceful, family-friendly place to relax.

Wake up to beautiful bird calls and the rustle of leaves in the wind! The cottage and amenities are as promised. A well designed cottage with beautiful aesthetics! For me personally, the patio was incredible! The swimming pool is a minute away, amidst a beautiful setting! Special thanks to Dushar (caretaker). Jolly good fellow always greets you with a smile and sorts out pretty much everything you need! A big heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Ms. Bidisha for making our trip so memorable! As a wonderful host, she went out of her way to help us with all our requests and ensured our time at the property was perfect!
