Holiday rentals with a patio in Villette, Paris

Astrid's apartment is impeccable, completely refurbished, in an extremely quiet area (we didn't hear any noise), very courteous and charming neighbours… We slept very well, the accommodation is functional and very tasteful (which doesn't spoil anything and everything was very clean. The view is just incredible although a little far from Paris, even if it is obviously well connected... Impeccable for a tourist stay where you take your time. Astri was very proactive, her indications were very clear and received in a timely manner. Thank you again Astrid… Like the previous comments: you can go there with your eyes closed!!!

The apartment is an oasis in the city. We felt very safe with two small children and enjoyed the peace and quiet after the excursion to the city. The condo is well appointed and clean. Everything necessary and toys were available for the children. The metro is a few minutes' walk away, from there you can drive about 20 minutes to Notre Dame and other attractions. We especially liked the beautiful, cosy terraces! With a breakfast from the supermarket downstairs in the house, a great start to the day. Right on the next corner is a park with lots of play opportunities for children. Perfect for a family to combine city and play. But even without children, it is very nice, there are 3 workplaces for mobile working! We will be happy to come back!

Overall we had a great experience staying here. We are a couple that stayed for one week. It is just as described and looks just like photos. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station which we found to be really easy/helpful to get around for our first time in Paris. Wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to get the Netflix up and working for us. Very kind and attentive.

We had a great time, the apartment is located in a peaceful area and close to the metro. There's plenty to shop nearby. The apartment is on the eighth floor and is very bright, there is a beautiful terrace where you can relax after an intense day in Paris. The accommodation is well equipped and there are even a few amenities to do some sports. Our hosts were always available. We're planning to come back.

Very nice welcome from F. who offers a nice peaceful accommodation and very well located. F. accompanies you in taking over the premises and gives the addresses of nice restaurants. Great discussions and interesting exchanges. I highly recommend it.

Everything here was so close. I never needed to go more than a block away. for groceries, restaurants, or access to the Metro.

Elie's place is a fabulous stay in Paris, this was my third visit to the City but by far the best accommodation. The space is not the biggest but that's exactly as described in the photos. Its a cosy space and the fact its divided from the main road from the main road by a courtyard gives great security. The location is perfectly close to 3 metro stations and walkable distance from Gare Du Nord. The Lime bikes outside the accommodation is a great way to see the city. There are an abundance of eateries on your doorstep so breakfast/lunch/dinner is sorted! We stayed with our 2y/o boy and he loved it, parents should be careful with kids wanting to climb the steps to the mezzanine level and the concrete floor however the pull out bed was perfect for my boy. Look forward to staying here again!

We had a great time with friends in this cute apartment and as described. The Hoche metro station is a 7-minute walk away and there are convenience stores and bakeries nearby. We had everything we needed and in 25 minutes walk we were at Parc de la Villette (concerts, exhibitions...) The bookshelves and comics overflowing with books and comics as well as visiting the neighbors filled us with joy. Thanks to Cyril and Annabelle

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

Very nice service! When we wanted to grill, Tarik came with charcoal and firelighters ❤️ Fruit, bread, drinks and sweets were available to us when we arrived. Can be recommended.

Great weekend, Loan welcomed us very well, the accommodation is exactly as indicated, they are always available! Everything is clean, functional and it's very cocooning. We'll be happy to go back.

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Pleasant accommodation in a very peaceful area and close to the bus and tram. Access to the garden and free street parking are really nice. The kitchen has everything you need. We recommend.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Coffee was a challenge because the machine was not familiar to us. Could not find pods at the grocery store. We were used to the Nespresso original pods. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower. Nice kitchen. Loved our stay there. It is a bit of a challenge getting to tourist destinations in Paris. It is a bit of a journey on the subway if you are not driving (which is a challenge if you are not used to driving in Paris.) But we made it and had a wonderful time. (US citizens)

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Highly recommended for an affordable family stay in Paris. We had a perfect weekend - Cveta was the perfect host - excellent communication and met us at the start and end of our stay. This is AirBnB as originally conceived - staying in somebodies appartement that is lived by a family in when not being rented out.

We had a one night stay, and Pedro was proactive with information. Our arrival to Pedro’s place was approx 10 min with taxi $13,80 Euros (we arrived 7pm) so may increase w traffic. The check in was friendly & easy.The lobby housed a fun statue of a dog & pup, pool table, vending machine of products to buy, jewelry souvenirs, restaurant, and cozy chairs. Pedro’s place was as advertised from photos it is spacious with kitchen, living room, bed and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has both shower & large tub. We easily walked to town 5mins through gorgeous park & quaint town. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Aux Trois Gourmands (The Three Gourmets) great service,atmosphere, food & refreshing beer. We will use Pedro’s place again next time to Paris. Noticed a good pizza place too. We found Pedro’s place fantastic for airport access, with a free shuttle one way to 2B/D and easy to get to terminal 1 via the CDG shuttle train system. Amazing value compared to others. Best places to stay no matter what anyone says The Eiffel Tower from the balcony is also beautiful The accommodation is better than what was featured in the photos For Koreans, I think you can go without worrying.
