Nice 2 rooms, completely renovated, on the ground floor, in the hypercenter of Villers-sur-Mer. A private parking space in the courtyard. The location is ideal, you can do anything on foot. Restaurants and shops are a few meters away: bakeries, greengrocers, butchers, cheese shop, terraces, fish market…. And there’s much more to come! The beach is 100 m from the apartment. Just walk down the street to walk on the fine sand and enjoy the sea spray. Change of scenery guaranteed!

Located on the 1st floor with elevator, it consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room (TV + Wifi), a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
